Very nice updated home, super clean, well stocked with many extras. Beautiful view of the bay from the front of home and dining room. back yard was great--enjoyed using the fire pit. Perfect location for fall color tour and wine tours!

Great accommodation…,beautiful sunrise…wonderful back yard …a few negatives: traffic noise in front of home, bathroom sink drain and shower faucet. In all..a very nice place!

We loved our stay here! The house has an amazing location and the view is gorgeous. We had small kids and they loved the backyard, the toys, and books. The house is very well stocked and our hosts made everything super easy, from check in through leaving. We would happily come back. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures were so nice I figured there was no way it looked that good in person, but it did! Tastefully decorated throughout, very clean, and everything you need was thought of even down to Qtips, hair ties, and teeth flossers. Communication with host was top notch and was very much appreciated. Location of property was great as you are out of the city traffic but still close to everything we love in the area and waking with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay was an added bonus! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home, clean, well thought out amenities, convenient to West Bay wineries and very accommodating for pets and kids. Kristie was an excellent host with easy check-in process.

The host and amenities were great. The city and food was amazing. The attractions that we did were a great time. The house was amazing and great for our needs. Fenced yard was great for our dogs to enjoy.

This property is just as pictures show. It sits across from a lake and has lovely views from the dining room and bedroom. It’s clean and has everything you need for your comfort. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The host was accommodating and easy to work with. The location is a good proximity to town, wineries, shopping, restaurants and walking trails.

Perfect Family Stay

This house was in a perfect location and the hosts are incredibly thoughtful. If you are traveling with small children, this home is a perfect stay. The house is decorated and stocked to perfection and we felt right at home. We cannot wait to come back and stay again.

The home was spotless and well stocked with thoughtful amenities for our use. The fenced backyard was secure, private, and very pet friendly. It had a nice fire pit with comfortable chairs and a covered back porch with an outdoor dining area. The ONLY downside is it’s close proximity to M-22.

M-22 is an absolutely amazing rental. The owner has spared no expense and the attention to every detail and then some is impressive. Everything felt so welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute. The beds were very comfortable, even the pull out sleeper sofa was very comfy. The fire pit and backyard area were so much fun. The owner has left no detail untouched. Very thoughtful details like adorable containers of flossers, hair ties and q-tips in the bathroom. Toys to play with. Games to enjoy. Amazing coffee bar and even a beautifully stocked laundry room. Amazing. Highly recommend. Parasailing in Traverse City was so fun. Nico’s pizza was amazing and so was Bubbas burgers. Go there! We hit Sutton Bay, Leeland, Sleeping Bear dunes, the lighthouse, Glen Arbor and “Cherry Republic”. Loved it all.
