La Dolce Vita is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! The kitchen has all of the necessary appliances you will need during your stay. The dining table seats 8 for the entire crew to have a delicious meal together, and extra seating at the bar! The living room features new sofas , and there is a huge balcony for all to take in the sights of the Gulf for miles! There are 2 Gulf Front Master Suites, one features a King bed and the other features 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The 4th bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed with a twin size trundle.

There is parking at Ocean Ritz & there is also extra parking across the street for your convenience. You will be located right in the middle of Panama City Beach with easy access to restaurants and Walmart. The condo was beautiful, location is perfect! The only complaint we had is the parking. Parking is different for every condo so you may not have the same problem. Worst case scenario you pay for parking and that’s about 30 for 24 hours I believe, so not that big of deal. Will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing family trip. The condo was great and there was plenty of room. The views were beautiful and having two sets of beach chairs with umbrellas was icing on the cake.

Perfect for our family trip!

We loved our stay, the condo was beautiful! Very spacious, outdoor balcony was fantastic. We seen lots of stingrays, big fish and dolphins. We would for sure love to come again!

The room was great! Clean and just as described. Great location and had every thing we needed. Check in was kind of a mess. Overflow lot was full. No marked unloading areas, no carts available and BOTH elevators were down for hours. 11 people and on the 19th floor made for one sweaty irritating and long check-in. The checkin was smooth as far as the owners/hosts were concerned, had all info in advance everything was clear, but the property itself was just not the best design parking/unloading wise. 24 floors 2 elevators that are extremely weight sensitive with everyone checking in and out on Saturday JUST A BAD combo!

We had a great time at this condo! The balcony is amazing and the condo was clean and fit our crew well.The kitchen is small for the amount of people in the condo and there not many containers for our crew. The unloading and loading situation is the WORST. There are only two elevators and check-in was entirely hectic with people waiting and holding elevators. Then upon check-out there was a medical emergency and only one elevator worked for the ENTIRE building. We waited on the 19th floor for 40 minutes with our stuff to get down. We had planned on a kid staying on the top bunk bed, but upon arriving it said that 50 pounds or less can sleep on the top bunk, so that didn't work well and we removed the mattress and a kid slept on the floor with the mattress. WIFI was hit or miss and we constantly restarted the router and got it working. The beach service was great and part of our crew took advantage of that. Any tents have to stay behind the lounge chairs which only leaves a small column of space for people with tents, so many of us didn't have a true "beach view" on the beach. Get out there early to get a beach view if you're using a tent. One parking spot is available, but it's unfair that a picture is not included with the parking spot as it's in the downstairs parking garage in the corner with a column closing it in. We had a huge van (which we had to park across the street and pay for parking the whole week) and then a truck which had to take a 450 turn to park.

Spacious condo

Property it self is very nice and clean. Management company ECDI leaves alot to be desired. They gave us the wrong code at check-in. They couldn't supply us with the codes for the pool and Beach, Said they would contact us with the codes but never did..

Nice stay - some things to note

We enjoyed our stay and even the privacy that the 4 bedrooms and large balcony provided.Some things to note:Top bunk bed has a sign indicating no-one over 50lbs, which was a surprise.We didn't realize we needed to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags after the firsts ran out BUT there was a Wal-mart close so we were able to get them with little issue. (go to Wal-mart in the early morning as it gets busy)The location is nice and we really enjoyed the balcony and spotting dolphins.Trash compactor was right outside our door and was very convenient. (no smell)The 2 beach chairs were so very handy as well as the box of beach toys/supplies that is at the unit.Parking spot was TIGHT. We actually made an effort not to come and go in our vehicle very often b/c of it so be mindful of the size vehicle you bring.

Best beach stay in PCB

We always enjoy ourselves at this condo! You can't beat the balcony and view. Beds were comfortable in every room we used. Any issues we had were addressed in a very timely manner. The updated elevators were amazingly fast! Everything you need is within walking distance of the condo. Dont waste your time looking any further and book this condo! You won't regret it!

A little bit of heaven

Beautiful property in desirable area of PCB. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Balcony was the star of the property. It was huge with many seating areas and types of furniture for sunbathing, eating, playing games and just watching the stunning sunsets.

Overall great trip this year! Condo was very nice, although the floors could have been a bit cleaner. It would have been nice to have some cleaning tools to sweep/clean sand off of floor. Kitchen is stocked ok. Would have been nice to have a better frying pan to scramble our eggs though. All rooms were very spacious and the balcony area has the best view I have had in a while. I would stay here again. Beware of check in though it was a bit rough and parking not the greatest.

Spring Break in PCB

We had a great week in this condo in PCB. It was myself and two kids along with some of their friends on Spring Break from college. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. The only issue we had was at the beginning of the week, the beach chair rental didn't have the unit down for two sets of beach chairs but that should not be corrected for anyone renting the rest of the Summer. The location was close enough to Pineapple Willy's to walk down and get a drink but far enough away from the craziness. The parking spot for this unit is very tight and and at the end of a row. Backing in the car which was the only option to be able to get it the car back out was a challenge so we tried to move the car as little a possible.

Great unit

This unit comes with some nice perks. There is a Keurig coffeemaker and we got 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas which was great! The bathtub in the front Bedroom is a little slick and the toilet in the master bathroom runs unless you jiggle the handle. Also, the large skillet needs to be replaced. It is very worn and not good to cook in. The rest of the kitchen is well-equipped with a spice rack and lots of dishes, bowls, etc. We loved our time in this unit and hope to book it again sometime.

Would Stay Again with a Few Conditions

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious condo is located right on the beach with wonderful views from the balcony. The 4 large bedrooms each accommodate guest with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have balcony access which allows for beautiful morning views. However, the cleaning services are in need of improvement. When we arrived we noticed the unit was slightly dated which was not an issue. I’m sure tears of guests have caused the minor damages throughout. The place was not as clean as we had hoped. My daughter’s feet were black day 1 from walking through the unit. We went and bought a swifter. There was black dirt of some sort on the bathroom sinks that we had to wipe off. And lastly, the bedding was stained with a large yellow mark so we had to remove that. I’m not sure if we would stay again unless we had a large party. I would implore the owners/ rental company to check out the cleanliness of the unit after it’s been cleaned.

I wouldn’t stay here again...

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was great! The view was great! However when we arrived there was a single working elevator and a line to get on that moved maybe a few people over the course of an hour. We ended up walking up 19 flights to get to our room with two small kids and a newborn. We had a few elderly people who had to wait. My mom was able to get up after a couple of hours. Once she made it up she was too scared to even go back down because getting into the condo was impossible the first few days. When I attempted to reach out to see what the management team knew I was brushed off initially then flat out ignored. Super rude and unprofessional, if you have a second parking pass just forget it during peak season you’ll be paying for parking in the city lot which is $12 a day not the advertised $5. There were roaches underneath the sink in the kitchen, the floors had absolutely not been mopped between guests, the couches stink and the shower walls were FILTHY! I’d recommend a new cleaning crew. Overall the great view and ideal location definitely don’t make up for all of the shortcomings of this condo. I would not be recommending this place to anyone.

Love the condo! But will never rent again.

CONS: since they were working on the building, we got no warning that the hot tub would be out of use, as well as one of the elevators. On our first few days of staying here we waiting 45 minutes for an elevator at a time (we were on the 19th floor). In addition, there were stains on couch, which we didn’t mind because we weren’t planning on sitting on it much. On another note, I wish we would’ve took photos of how clean we left this residence because a few days after check out, we got charged for leaving it a “mess.” My family and I followed the clean up suggestions that would best help the cleaning crew, which consisted of taking all bedding and towels, and putting them in the bathtub. We left the residence just how we arrive to it, perhaps even cleaner other than the sand that was left from the beach. The only reason we left sand was because the email says not to clean just tidy up. In addition, there was no acquit equipment to clean up the sand available to us. We ended up getting charge an additional cleaning fee when I pre-paid an cleaning fee on my original bill. We checked out on the 13th at 9am, but we didn’t have an additional fee taken out until the following Tuesday without a warning. Our family takes trips like this every year and has never experienced this issue before. . PROS: nice condo plenty of space for my family! Each room had a bathroom, which was very convenient. The view was wonderful (when they weren’t working on the outside of building, which was actually most of the time without a warning). Thank you.
