You can't go wrong here with everything you need in the kitchen and in the unit. Your group will be entertained the entire time.

The Space:
THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING AND NON PET FRIENDLY UNIT.

Two bedrooms and a loft will accommodate up to ten people; with 1 king bed, 2 queens, 1 full, and 1 pull out sofa. This unit carries beautiful views of Brian Head and is nestled in a perfect grove of trees. You can't go wrong here with everything you need in the kitchen and in the unit. Your group will be entertained the entire time.

The Jacuzzi in this unit that is on the deck does not work. Do not use. There will be a $250 fine if you try and fill it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the complex. There are 6 flights of stairs to get there.

Copper Chase Condominiums still holds the title of the premier complex in all of Brian Head. You will have access to Pool, Spa, Gym, Saunas, Locker Rooms, Lobby equipped with WiFi, Common area kitchen for larger groups, and Coin-op Laundry Facilities. Our Complex also is set for ski out capabilities to the Navajo Mountain. Please remember we are a condo complex, not a hotel. Please contact your Property Manager for any assistance you might require. All units are individually furnished, please ask Property Manager if your condo has a specific amenity. (i.e. blow dryers, crock pots, roasting pans etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: NIGHTLY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEANING FEE OR TAX

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY COPPER CHASE UNITS BY RENTAL GUESTS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THE PET IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 FEE, PLUS A $50.00 PER HOUR FEE TO CLEAN THE UNIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

THE BASE ELEVATION FOR BRIAN HEAD, UT IS AROUND 9600 FEET.

Children under 5 may not use a public spa pool under any circumstances. Children under the age of 3 (and anyone not in control of their bowel) must wear swim diapers and waterproof pants beneath their swimsuits to provide three layers of protection against a fecal release event. No solo bathing, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. These are state law requirements.

Wristbands are required and are located in the unit.

No food or glass is allowed in the pool area.

POOL HOURS: 10AM - 10PM

UNDERGROUND PARKING IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Great place to stay with Family

We like the place a lot. Hated the stairs though. Location on the 3rd floor but we knew that going in so it is what it is. View was great. Location was very good. Called a ski in ski out but beginners had to walk about 25 yards to start skiing. Loved the parking garage keeping the vehicle out of the weather. It would have been great if there were a washer dryer in the unit. There was a place provided for the washer / dryer but not installed. The unit had just about every thing you required for cooking in the kitchen. the only thing i would add was an ice maker in the fridge. Every thing was clean when we arrived. Had plenty of space for your clothes and amenities. Check in was painless as was check out. We had a lovely time in Brian Head and we will return. I will stay on a lower level next time.

Good spot for multiple families

The condo was great. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. It was nice that there was 3 full bathrooms so each family had their own space. FYI… you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs from parking garage to get to the unit. Also you are not in the same building as the pool. To go to the pool you have to go down to the parking garage and to the next building. It is a 2 minute drive to the Navajo lodge and about 1 minute to Giant Steps.
