Nice quiet place in great location

Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children and had a great time. Easy walk to Asbury or the beach/boardwalk, room for storing bikes and beach supplies, and right next door to a great Mexican restaurant.

We loved staying here! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Easy to get to the boardwalk and the ocean!. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful, and the brief moments we weren't out on the boardwalk, the AC made us very comfortable!

Great getaway vacay

Barb is a wonderful hostess/manager! The place is charming, cozy and well kept! We were very pleased with our home away from home and would stay there again!

Clean, cozy apartment close to beach

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, cozy apartment close to the beach. Owner met us there to check in and showed us around. We had no issues while staying here and plan to return next year!

Perfect place to stay

This 3 bedroom was just lovely. Perfect location to beach and boardwalk. Parking space in back was a huge plus. Owner was so nice and easy to get in touch with if needed. Highly recommend.

Girls Weekend

Everything about our girls’ weekend was effortless and relaxing. From the moment I met Barb I knew we had chosen the right place to stay! It had everything we needed and was close to the beach and boardwalk.

Cozy spot at the beach

Everything was smooth the apartment was spotless, comfortable and we never got back in the car! Walked to beach grocery store and boardwalk. We would go back again for sure

Ocean City condo

Beautiful property. Super clean. Owner was very helpful, communication was easy. Owner really cares and makes sure you are happy. Nice quiet neighborhood centrally located. Perfect for 4 adults.

Perfect place for our family! Very clean, great layout, awesome location!

My husband and I came to OCNJ with our 1 year old for his first beach vacation and we were very satisfied with our cozy beach cottage. Great layout for our son, fully stocked kitchen, and everything was very clean. Loved having a washer and dryer too! It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach and boardwalk and we were also able to walk to many restaurants and stores. We couldn't be happier that we stayed here and we thank Barb for being super nice and helpful!

Home Away From Home

This is my happy place. I can't believe it is Saturday and a week has passed already! I have stayed here for over six years with my son and my two small dogs and it is still just as magical as the first year. We love the park across the street for the pups, the perfect location and the cozy space with all the necessary amenities and the feel of home. Barbara treats us like family and we are so comfortable here that I always feel like it is my own home for the week. We will be back every year!

Clean, quiet and convenient beach house

We had a great stay at this rental. It is very well maintained and very clean. This is the first place I've stayed where I didn't feel the need to wash the plates or pots before I used them. Upon meeting the owner she gave my daughter tickets for the rides. She also provided beach chairs, a beach caddy and beach toys. Linens were provided on all of the beds, which was great not having to pack those. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and a sponge were also provided. The living space was a great size for our family. The outdoor hose and shower were great for after the beach. Quiet neighborhood next door to a great Mexican restaurant. Short walk to the beach, boardwalk and rides. We highly recommend this clean and convenient unit.

Wish I could give 6 stars

You can stop looking because this is the place you want! We loved our stay here. It's very close to everything you want to do in Ocean City -- the beach, the boardwalk, Gillian's, OC Waterpark, Hobby Horse Ice Cream and more. It worked out great for our family of five and didn't feel too small for us. The house was fully stocked, especially with beach items. The ability to book a half week was also perfect for our schedule. But the real reason you want to book here is Barb is the best host. She was very responsive before our stay, met us at check-in to give us the tour, and even leant us a few items we forgot.

Great, affordable place to stay in Ocean City. Immaculate, convenient to everything, all the comforts of home! The owner couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating to our needs. A great place to enjoy your time in OC!

Oc stay

Theg Apt was very cute. Barbara was very nice and helpful. Location was great close you the boardwalk, shops, and beach. The only problem I had was the beds were not very comfortable. But everything else was wonderful.

Perfect for us

Barb was the ultimate hostess. Her place had the perfect set up for our family, and our girls loved being so close to the beach/boardwalk. We hope to return soon!

Convenient Family Fun

The location was great. The owner was very helpful and informative and friendly. The place was cozy for the 5 of us and very clean. The only challenge was that the beds were not super comfortable, but the owner is working on that. Highly recommend this spot!!

Great experience!

The condo is very clean. Barb is wonderful to work with. The condo is two blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We walked to everything. It was a great place to stay and we had a fantastic vacation!
