This attractively decorated and very well kept 4 BR, 2 Bath home is located just steps from the beach and boardwalk. It has all the comforts of home (including a 55 inch Smart TV in the Living Room, a 32 inch Smart TV in the Master bedroom and TVs in each of the other three bedrooms) along with a fully functioning kitchen and dining area. It offers gorgeous cathedral ceilings in the main area and master bedroom (with a Sleep Number mattress) and an over-sized, private front and back deck for your comfort, as well as a roof sun deck! Breezy in the summer and cozy in the winter, it's available year round for a wonderful and restful get-away. Located on the second floor for quiet and privacy and in a very well kept area, this is a place you will be glad you chose for your next get away or vacation!

Perfect vacay

We had a wonderful time at Sunrest. Perfect location, a block away from the beach and boardwalk but still quiet. Love that it was pet friendly and it was also clean. Our host was very responsive. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at OCNJ and sun rest. Very close to boardwalk and beach . Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well:) 🐶 Julie is quick to respond to any questions you may have and checked in to make sure we got in ok. The house is stocked with so many things - makes the stay so much better!

Wonderful home close to beach!

My husband and I and our adult children had a wonderful week staying at this very well-appointed home close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the 3 decks! This is now our go-to place to stay when we are in OCNJ!

Paradise at the Shore

We loved our stay at this property. Julie was so kind and accommodating in her communication and gave us an early check in and late check out! I only wish we could have stayed longer. My favorite feature were the decks, where we were able to enjoy the salt air and sun during our weekend getaway!

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful home that is close to the beach and boards. We enjoyed our stay even with the rainy weather for most of the weekend. The home is clean, comfortable and inviting - home away from home. As always, Julie is a wonderful attentive hostess.

Lovely home with it all!

The fact that it's so close to the boardwalk was nice, but this is a lovely home. Very comfortable and the layout is great. Will definitely be back. The owner was so helpful and they really thought of everything that you might need.

Best Shore Vacation

What a welcoming experience. Julie is great, the house is wonderfully clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, letting you access the boardwalk and beach a block away. Needless to say, I’d highly recommend this property.

Excellent Stay

The host is very nice and checked in via text before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is excellent, nicely updated with lots of room, a vaulted ceiling living room, and larger kitchen with plenty of counter space and seats. The fireplace, outdoor decks, and rooftop deck were also very nice. This VRBO listing feels like a nice home away from home. I highly recommend the condo and the host.

Girls getaway

The house was perfect for our winter girls getaway. The TV and large open room allowed us to stream our conference and all gather together for food and fellowship! Thank you for every careful detail you attended to from coffee to laundry soap! It was a well stocked kitchen for all our yummy meals as well. We will sure to book again next time!

Great house with an ideal locations

The house in about one block off the beach /boardwalk and is easily walkable to go to the bathroom or get food food etc. It comes with everything. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, coolers, bikes and a grill. It was clean and fit us all perfectly. We loved the multiple decks and the proximity to the boardwalk and shopping. The owner checked in numerous times to make sure everything was good. I recommend this property without hesitation

We chose this property because we loved the location of the house! What could be better than a quick 1 block walk to the beach and boardwalk in one direction and Piccini's pizza (got to be the world's best) just three blocks the other direction? Oh, and Starbucks just a quick walk away. We also loved the layout of this home, the friendly colors, the gorgeous and spacious front and back decks and the quiet, private beauty of the second floor. Never have to move your car. We're close to everything! We have never had any water damage as this house sits on the highest part of the island. We love our guests and make it our commitment to treat every renter so special, they will want to return! Check out our reviews!
