Situated atop 12 acres this private estate, vineyard and working winery offer sweeping views of the vines and miles of magical water views off M22. Located just minutes from charming Suttons Bay and just a 12 minute scenic drive to downtown Traverse City. This Charming French-Inspired home is being offered for the first time after new owners and new furnishings. Enjoy the Master King Suite with walk-in closet and views of the water and vineyard. The upstairs living loft houses the Queen Retreat with a Queen Bed, Twin bed, and a full-size bed with luxurious linens and views galore. Upstairs full bath looks out to the water. Large living room with fireplace and perfect views of the vines and the Leelanau Peninsula Bay is furnished with a brand new sleeper sofa to accommodate two more guests. . The elevated farmhouse chef’s kitchen is complete with a Viking stove. Three private decks off your back door and use of The Tasting Room Terrace after-hours. Owned and operated by The Faulkner’s who own Willow Winery - “A Faulkner Family Vineyard” will make certain your stay is most memorable. This was such a unique place to stay. Beautiful views! The house had everything we needed for an adult weekend away. The host was friendly and had a nice list of ideas of things to do. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings here.

I stayed here with my friends for a weekend getaway and it was amazing! The wine is great and the views absolutely can not be beat. I've never had such friendly and knowledgeable hosts and will recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in the Traverse City area.

Wonderful stay in Sutton's Bay! Gorgeous views and adirondack chairs on the property to enjoy the scenery. Perfect in-between location for Sutton's Bay and downtown Traverse City. Tracy was extremely responsive and personable! Enjoyed the winery that was open just steps out our door.

Tracy was a wonderful host. She gave us many wonderful suggestions about the area, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The views are even better than the pictures. Our family had a wonderful time and our kids loved roaming around the property. We cannot wait to come back for our next visit.

A unique French- like winery experience for a getaway in Traverse City bay/lake area and wine country. Great view , great pictures and times . Tracy was a really caring host and easy to talk with, who showed concern and was a real aid in allowing us to enjoy time together with our two adult daughters - four travelers in total. Wonderful sunrises and view of the west side of Grand Traverse bay. Tracy took time to share some of the wine making experinence by taking us into the wine prep, aging, bottling, corking, and labeling areas. A uniquel and delightful stay.

An All-Around Great Place

Absolutely stunning views, attentive hosts, and a great location. You don't have to stray too far to enjoy many wineries, shops, golf, etc. The private beach is the perfect place to relax.

Beautiful location & friendliest hosts!

Our bachelorette party group loved our stay at Willow! Our whole group kept commenting how Willow Winery had the prettiest view compared to everyone else & the best wine, which Tracy and Harry loved to treat us with! They were so friendly and accommodating the entire time. It’s even prettier than the pictures show!

Wonderful Willow Winery!

Fabulous experience at the Willow VRBO. The views and accommodations were Breathtaking. We enjoyed local wineries, amazing restaurants nearby towns, rolling hills and an amazing tour and history of Willow Winery. The host(Tracy) went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay! We will be back!

Exceptional location, views, & wine!

Staying at Willow Winery was the highlight of our trip to Leelanau. The views are absolutely stunning—rolling vineyards, Lake Michigan in the distance, and some of the best sunsets we’ve seen. It’s just a few minutes from Suttons Bay, so you get peace and quiet without being far from anything.What really made the stay special was Tracy and Harry. They’re the kind of hosts who make you feel right at home—genuine, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they’ve created here. Can’t wait to come back.

Unique vineyard experience

We wanted to stay away from the crowds. The home was unique, in a marvelous location and the hosts were communicative and gracious with their time…and gave us a “behind the scenes” look at the winery. Perfect place and a fun experience.

We were so impressed with The Grand View 2 @ Willow Winery. The property is stunning, and we were so comfortable in the large, well-appointed space. It's a beautiful and spacious property, the views were gorgeous, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Tracy and Harry were very attentive and ensured we had whatever we needed during our stay. The private wine tour was cool and they were very open with suggestions on where we should visit. I can't say enough on how wonderful our weekend was.

Gorgeous Location and Wonderful Hospitality

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Vineyard VRBO! The owner, Tracy, could not have been more thoughtful. She really made us feel like special guests. The home and property are absolutely stunning! So convenient to both Traverse City and Sutton’s Bay. We loved the view as we drank coffee in the morning and again at night with a glass of wine. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful view of winery and bay! I haven’t re-read listing, but getting bags from vehicle to the Vrbo was challenging- gravel road up a hill - challenging for 70 year olds. Down stairs was nicely done with first floor bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room. Upstairs bedroom didn’t feel as “finished”The owner was very hospitable!Thanks for the hospitality!

We enjoyed our trip immensely thanks to the unparalleled view of the bay, sweet French style cottage, and Tracy’s wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. She ensured my husband and I enjoyed ourselves and was so thoughtful to bring games and treats much to the delight of our children. We have loved sharing the incredible wines with our friends.
