Great spot, just south of Suttons Bay. House is in a private, less traveled area, but yet it is close to town and also close to several wineries and a short drive to other cool spots (Leland, Northport, Lake Leelanau, etc.). Waterfront setting is perfect to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail, and Kim is a great host! We'll be back!

Beautiful property and excellent location! This was our third stay at the beach house and we are never disappointed. The house is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen appliances and utensils are like new, beach towels and beach chairs are available, and the beds are comfortable. Kim is the kind of host you want when renting, communicates effectively prior to your stay and answers questions quickly. It is an effortless stay which is what a vacation is supposed to be!!

Everything was perfect. The host was amazing and the house was easy access to the beach. The host thought of every detail for the place…. the kayaks and the paddle board were fun to have during our vacation! Thank you!

The cottage was easy to find, well maintained and had one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen. Lots of cooking utensils, pots/pans and dishes (but not too many like other places we've stayed), all in good working order. The host was wonderful and easy to work with when we had an issue. The beach access was right across the street, with a small fire pit, sandy beach and water access. We will definitely be back to this one again!

Really cute home on the bay. Peaceful. Views were outstanding. Beach was relaxing. Great location for winery tastings and visiting other cities like Leland. Enjoyable runs on the road with views of cherry trees and wild flowers. Friendly neighbors. The home was very clean. Just as listed, with easy check in and out. Room in the backyard for playing catch. One of my sons loved the light up hot tub. We also saw a bald eagle. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and spotless home that is conveniently located approximately 40 minutes away from several beach towns and lighthouses.There are several wineries, bike trails, and quaint villages to explore in the area. Highly recommend!
