About the Ponderosa Retreat
Fully furnished home equipped with everything you need for a weekend, week, or month!
2 Bedroom, 2 Bath + Memory Foam Sofa Sleeper= sleeps 6
**Will sleep 6 with 2 people on the sofa sleeper and 2 people on the queen beds in both bedrooms.

You will have this private retreat property all to yourself! The house is 1200 sq. Ft, 2 bedroom and 2 bath, with fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, wood burning stove (wood provided), front covered patio deck, and lots of parking. Newer home built in 2019, very clean, with no wear and tear. Master bedroom (with master bathroom) has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin/full/twin bunk bed with trundle and the living room has a nice pull out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The back yard is fenced and setup nicely for your rest and relaxation! It features Adirondack-style chairs, built in fire pit (wood provided), and propane grill. Lovely trees in the backyard provide shade on warm days. Backyard has a short 3 foot wood/wire fence.

Great to get out of Tucson’s summer heat and hide out in the Northern Pines. The secluded property was quiet and relaxing.

Great location to visit the Grand Canyon and other popular locations. The house was clean when we arrived and was better than we expected. It was secluded but still fairly easy to locate. I would visit again

This is an excellent place to stay at and enjoy your time in Williams or Grand Canyon. We found the place to be exactly as described and we had a wonderful 5 days there as our base. So many day trips to explore from this location. Hot tub was the icing on the cake! The place is beautifully decorated and comes equipped with washer/dryer and a fenced in back yard for your dog. The views from the front porch are out of this world! So peaceful! The owner quickly responded to my messages. We highly recommend this place!

Great communication with the host . Property exactly as described and perfectly wonderful. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the cooler evenings and the star gazing was phenomenal! Great location near the Grand Canyon and quaint town of Williams.

Great place

Stayed here to visit Grand Canyon. Wish we had allowed more time to stay longer. We stayed in 4 rentals on our road trip and this was the best one.

My wife & I stayed two nights. Property was private & quiet. We took advantage of the fire pit & hot tub. Star gazing was spectacular with the clear skies. The rental was clean & comfortable. We utilized the kitchen for eating in. Williams is a short drive away for any food-amenities needed. The hour drive to the Grand Canyon South Rim did not seem long.

Wonderful Snowy Abode

We had a wonderful time here on our honeymoon. The house very roomy and cozy. The hot tub and the wood burning stove made the experience much better!

Romantic Getaway

This house is a gem! The views from the house are gorgeous and we could see the Milky Way at night! The house was as described and worked perfectly for our needs, we definitely enjoyed the hot tub! Perfect getaway!

Grand Canyon get away

Property was amazing as was the host. Very accommodating and helpful. It was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of hiking! Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Cannot say enough about this place!!

Remote stay

Wanted a spot between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. This was the perfect place. House is great, but road is not for anyone driving something like a sports car, you might have issues.

Perfect seclusion

The property is in a secluded neighborhood, wonderful views of the stars and peaceful. While the house is comfortable, it needs a top to bottom dusting and the AC units need cleaning.

Grand Canyon Spring Break

The property is fabulous. I found everything to be exactly as stated. It was comfortable, clean and exactly what I hoped. The hot tub was fantastic to soak in and the views around the house were great. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Williams.
