We were a group of 9 adults that stayed and we all were so very comfortable staying here. From the cleanliness, the beds, parking garage and all the kitchen amenities. The pool table was also a great hit! Communication via text and on the VRBO website was also super easy. We 100% recommend staying here as we will again when we come back to Nashville. :)Kelly and Gina

Very convenient location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms/beds, pool table & great outdoor deck, customer service was attentive, ability to store bags upon arrival & departure was a nice touch…we will definitely return.

Some of the beds had quite a bit of dog hair on the sheets of the otherwise made bed.

Very nice space

Loved the property. Clean, beautiful, great windows for lots of light. Close to a couple of coffee shop/diners for breakfast or lunch. No complaints, would stay again!

Birthday celebration

We were a group of 12 celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. Everyone had a great time, plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again.

Gambler Review

Great location and floor plan for a big group! Had some troubles getting into the home but host was very responsive to troubleshoot. Could have been a bit cleaner as there was makeup on the walls and pretzels in the couch. Overall great stay!

Beautiful house located close to everything

We loved our stay. The house is large enough to accommodate multiple couples, families or groups. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The location is amazing. Everything you want to do or see is within walking distance or a very short car ride. There are multiple delicious restaurants within a mile or 2 of the house. The management team is extremely nice, helpful and very responsive.

Beautiful house in great location

We loved staying at the Gambler! It was perfectly decorated, and had all the amenities our group of 10 would need! The kitchen was fully stocked with brand new dishes, pots, crockpot, coffee pot, etc. And the bedrooms were nice with comfy beds and nice linens. The drive was short and convenient to all the hot spot areas. The property manager was very helpful and easy to get ahold of! You will not be disappointed staying at this place!

Great for groups

We had 12 in our group stay here. The kitchen/dining/living room was a great place for the larger group to gather. The kitchen was well equipped. we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all to be comfortable. Great location. We visited many restaurants and music venues in the area. Nothing was far away. Our group had many compliments of the property. Would certainly recommend.

Everything was great. The street and approach was dirty with trash at times. That would be the only negative thing.

GREAT for families but had some issues

The Good (Great): This house was perfect for our three families with 8 adults and two teens. The house is modern, beautiful, nicely decorated, and roomy, and the 10 of us never felt we were in each other's way. We really appreciated the many towels, wash cloths, and make-up cloths for each guest. The kitchen was clean and well stocked too. The pool table provided hours of "tournaments" and entertainment. We moved the bluetooth radio upstairs which provided enough sound for the second level too. Warning: there are a total of three flights of stairs (with two bedrooms, patio, and pool table at the top floor). If you are not able to climb stairs, this may not be the place for you. My parents are disabled so we gave them the room at the entrance level but in hindsight, we should have given them the one on the main level (kitchen and living room). The not-so-great: None of the TVs worked for very long. The Hallson staff was very responsive to our technical difficulties. We tried to mirror one of our phones to Apple TV but because of the wifi issue, our connection only last 5-10 minutes before the buffering started again. Again the staff was great and tried to troubleshoot the issue but it didn't work. The bad: We couldn't park in the garage bc several cars were parked in the alley which belonged to neighbors who appeared to be conducting "transactions" all day and night. We didn't feel threatened but my old parents were scared. Hallson was very responsive to our concerns. FYI
