Location, Location, Location. Great condo located in the heart of Saugatuck, across from the Ship 'n Shore Motel. Our home will make you feel at home. It is warm, comfortable and an important part of your memorable vacation. We have off street parking, a yard to sit back and people watch from, or a balcony to enjoy a relaxing evening. We rent short and long vacations! Besides all of the amenities Saugatuck offers, Holland and beautiful state parks are less than 20 minutes away. South Haven, another great lake shore town is twenty minutes south and the high speed ferry from Milwaukee to Muskegon is an hour drive north. Please come and stay in our home. This condo suited the needs of an overnight stay for two people perfectly. It was very clean and accessible. The area surrounding was walkable to many shops and restaurants.

Great location to walk to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Parking is tight so I recommend taking a smaller vehicle. But major plus to have parking spot assigned as parking on public streets and public lots is tough to find open spots. I’d rather have assigned parking than just street parking in Saugatuck any day!

Nice Condo and Location

Much enjoyed our stay. Condo is clean and compact. Location is perfect; on the marina. Open field and benches along the marina to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Restaurants and shops all close by. Host communicated with us and made us comfortable knowing we could contact her with questions. We hope to visit again.

Overall great. Bathroom was very cramped and shower needed some kind of shelf to keep soap and items off floor

Beautiful downtown condo

The condo is bright, roomy and clean. The location would be impossible to beat. Wow. Lots of shade around the condo so it stays cool. I walked everywhere for shopping and dining it's so convenient and charming

No views on second floor

Everything was nice except I should have chose the first floor because you did not see the water or anything at all on the second floor because of the huge trees which scared me because we had a bad storm our first morning there. Otherwise it would have been okay

All the amenities!!

Cute place with all the amenities. Comfortable bed, great linens. Keurig coffee maker. Full size fridge. Easy walk to coffee and drinks. Cute outdoor space. We’ll be back!

Nice clean place in a great location

Convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions. It is an upstairs apartment with no laundry. Very comfortable and clean.

Loved our stay here, very clean and nice Our only problem was it was a very difficult parking space and was hard parking our sedan Plus the air conditioner was very noisy which was located in a the bedroom. We would suggest it moved to the living room. But, we really like ked it and will likely return

Location location location!

This condo is perfect! There is a reserved parking spot which is invaluable. Keep in mind large trucks/SUVs would struggle to park and possibly block others. The bed was super comfy. Air conditioning was strong and outside porch was really nice with us being able to put a pet gate up and hang out with the pup. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We want our children to grow up with memories of Saugatuck and hopefully they will want to bring their kids back some day. From the too many ice cream stores, to enjoying the park, to shopping the toys at the drug store, our kids love to come here. Before the kids, we enjoyed the night life as well! Now we all enjoy the great restaurants, there is not a bad place to eat in town.
