The house had a very homey feeling. The view from the back porch was wonderful. The seasonal decorations added a nice touch. The place was very comfortable. There was everything you needed there. Little things make a difference and Dawn makes sure you enjoy your stay. She was always very responsive.

What a wonderful stay. Everything about house was just as stated. House is in a quite and peaceful area close enough to get in all the local attractions. House was extremely clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay again if returning to the area.

Traveling with my best friend of 40 years to a garden party in Sparta, we hoped to find a comfortable place to rest for the night and enjoy morning coffee with serene views while reminiscing about our families and life in general. This place was perfect. Comfortable, quiet surroundings, and the property was lovely. Our hostess, Dawn was terrific replying to any questions I had.Thank you for a lovely stay.

The house was a perfect country setting . Exactly the quiet time away from noise that I needed . The view from the kitchen was a beautiful overlook of a crystal clear river that could definitely be used to swim in on a hot summer day . Gorgeous property! Would definitely recommend and go back .

A friend and I stayed here so we could enjoy hiking at Scott's Gulf State Park. The house was absolutely perfect! Dawn was very friendly and communicates about everything. The property is so beautiful and the house is so cute and cozy. We're already talking about coming back to enjoy more hiking in the area.

Only downside was it turned very cold and snowed and we were not able to use the fireplace. It needed to be cleaned and inspected ( which is understandable) The owner is super nice, communication was excellent.

Wonderful Stay!

The creek, home, and quiet location were perfect for a long weekend adventure! We explored breweries, wineries, and waterfalls in the area. It was always nice to come back to the peace and play some games or relax on the deck next to the creek.

Excellent location for privacy and relaxation. House was very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed walking the creek and close to all of our activities.
