Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor (stair access only) with loft condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and mountain view. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Thanksgiving getaway

We enjoyed staying at the condo. It was immaculate. Location was great. Great for hiking and for mountain biking. Fireplace and scenery was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We did not use the pool, the property was close to slopes, restaurants, etc.

Excellent Gtandfather Mountain view

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The Grandfather Mountain was amazing off the back deck. There were 5 adults so the loft bedroom was perfect to sleep all of us. The condo was clean and adequately stocked to meet our needs. I highly recommend this rental!

The Echota resort where this condo is located is beautiful. The condo is comfortable and has a perfect view of Grandfather Mountain. We enjoyed our stay there. The community was quiet and felt very safe. A few things to note however: the surfaces in the unit were covered in dust when we arrived and even though everything was very tidy, it seemed like the unit hadn’t been recently cleaned—probably hadn’t been rented in awhile. Also, some of the amenities listed are not available on the Echota property itself. For example, the two gorgeous outdoor pools are actually in adjacent but separate Echota communities and are about a 10-15 min drive to get there. All of the pools were fantastic though—we visited each one. When leaving, we had to take all trash off property and there was no dumpster available that we were made aware of. Finally, we had 9 in our group and really this condo only comfortably sleeps 6-7. One of the extra beds in the loft is a trundle only big enough for a 5 year old child. The other is a loveseat that pulls out into a twin. The last one was just a couch (above the trundle). It worked for us because we had 3 kids but more than 6 adults would not work well in this condo at all. We did really enjoy the stay and I would stay there again though.

Beautiful property!

This property was perfect for 2 families. The kids LOVED the loft, everything was clean, and the property was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We loved the mountain view off the back porch. We will definitely return in the future!

Loved our stay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at these rentals and we enjoy it each time. The rental had everything you could possible need and was so cozy. Best part for the kids (7 & 8 yrs) was the loft. ❤
