Welcome to our comfortably updated Bethany Beach 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse located near popular local restaurants and a quick walk, bike ride, or free trolley to the beach. The rental comes with a parking pass making it convenient to enjoy downtown Bethany. Villas of Bethany West, a residential tree-lined neighborhood next to the Nature Center, is a lovely respite after a day at the beach. Enjoy an afternoon dip in the pool and walk to dinner at any of the fabulous restaurants nearby.

This house is fully equipped with everything that you need for a relaxing vacation. The newly renovated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone countertop, bar seating for four, and everything you need to cook at home. The living area includes a 55" TV with a large sectional for must-do vacation lounging. The dining area comfortably seats 6.

Enjoy morning coffee in the beautiful 3 season room featuring a high quality outdoor sectional and additional dining for four. The wooded backyard is perfect for taking in the natural setting and wildlife viewing.

Villas of Bethany West has the largest community pool in Bethany along with a kiddie pool, and tennis courts - all included in the rental. This quiet neighborhood is ideal for the little ones to ride their bikes. If you enjoy time on the water, there is a dock to launch a paddleboard, kayak, or canoe and explore the Salt Pond and Bethany Canal.

This townhouse includes 2 bedrooms (sleeps 7) and 2 baths. Bedroom #1 (primary) has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The kids will love Bedroom # 2 with two sets of bunk beds as well as a trundle and a plush bean bag. Each bedroom has a TV. Linens and bath towels can be included, upon request, for an additional fee.

This townhouse is within walking distance or an easy bike ride to the beach. Or pay a 25 cents for a leisurely trolley ride instead. Restaurants (Difebo's, Grotto's, Off the Hook), Wawa, Rita's, and other eateries are just steps away!

This house is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Best of Bethany!!!

We have been taking our family vacation in Bethany Beach for the last five years, always staying in different places, and this by far has been our absolute favorite. Located on the Trolley Line with a community pool we rarely had to drive anywhere our entire trip. A 15 minute walk from the boardwalk. Our kids LOVED everything about this place and I cannot say enough about how wonderful and gracious the hosts were. They couldn’t do enough to help elevate our stay ans accommodate our every request. 10/10 we will absolutely stay here again, and every year, if they’ll have us.

Wonderful Quiet Beach Stay

This was a lovely home for me and my family. The neighborhood is quiet with a beautiful pool and right next to the nature center and trail. The trolly to downtown Bethany comes by frequently throughout the day and our kids loved it. The hosts were thorough in communication and always available. We really enjoyed our time here!

I’m obsessed with our wooded neighborhood. It feels like Maine@Bethany (or as close as I can get). The neighborhood is a peaceful contrast to the beach yet is convenient to all that you need. No car needed!

We provide bed linens and bath towels as well as beach gear. The kitchen is stocked with all that you need for cooking. We believe in comfort without the hassle of overpacking for a vacation. We take great care of our home and want our guests to appreciate these conveniences and take great care of our home as well.
