Modern Loft Style Getaway

Whether for three days of respite, a romantic getaway or an extended vacation, you can’t help but relax and unwind in this modern, loft-style condo in Crystal River. Located in the unique, secluded and highly sought after Sawgrass Landing condo community, the complex is truly a hidden treasure surrounded by nature and cut off from the flurry and hustle of everyday life.

The condo has a spiral staircase, cathedral ceiling and expansive windows that wash the space with natural light. Every area offers a beautiful view of nature. The space comfortably accommodates two adult guests.

The first floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen, living and dining area and a half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee pot, tea kettle, blender, mixer, dinnerware, flatware, pans and utensils. Appliances include a microwave, refrigerator and electric range with a glass cooktop. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the hall. The television in the living area has basic cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. Furnishings include Herman Miller, Eames, Vitra and other. An Airdoctor air purifier keeps the air in the entire unit clean.

The upper loft is an open space with large windows and a view of nature. area it is a master suite with a low platform queen size bed, closet and a television with cable and Wi-Fi for streaming. The master bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Linens and bath towels are provided.

Please note, the condo DOES NOT allow children or pets and there is NO SMOKING allowed in or around the unit.

Guests are welcome to use the pool, the dock, the kayak launch and the fish cleaning station. There is a parking area for a boat trailer and a boat slip but, they are ONLY available on a first come first serve basis. Boats CANNOT be larger than 23 feet long. Guests can also make arrangements with a local marina during the busy scallop season.

Sawgrass Landing is located minutes from Fort Island Trail Beach, Three Sisters Springs, Twin River Marina, the Plantation on Crystal River
Golf Course and more. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. Kayak rental, pontoon and fishing boat rentals and charter fishing services are also available nearby. Beach towels are provided. Enjoy fishing, scalloping and swimming with the manatees in King’s Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Very comfortable and well stocked

We found the unit to be exactly as described and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our activities. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and then some. It was clean and check in entry was very simple.

Crystal River getaway

Came to Crystal River for a few days of diving and other on the water activities. The condo is great for 2 people. Everything was very clean. It’s is a great location to town as well as the water.

Great location and hosts!

The location is fantastic and the views from the deck are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, linens and towels were very cozy. The communication was timely and I enjoyed my stay here a great deal. The condo was comfortable and clean but I'm just a touch picky. I still give it a 5 star rating.

Lovely retreat

My boyfriend and I stayed here for five nights and it was just lovely. The condo is stylish and clean, with everything two people might need for a nice vacation. The condo complex is very nice--rustic in the best way and nestled in nature. It's just a short drive to a local beach that has great sunsets. The owners were very nice and responsive. And the area is great--a short drive to so many rivers, state parks and fun outdoorsy things to do. We definitely recommend!

We stayed for three nights and could not have been happier. The property is in a secluded yet convenient location for our stay, as it is less than a mile from a boat ramp and fuel dock. There was adequate parking for both our truck and trailered boat and even a hose available for washdown when we got in. The unit itself is very well decorated and has an amazing view. It was clean and fairly well stocked. The owners were available to answer any questions we had, very promptly. There is a pool onsite that is clean and well maintained, as well as a cleaning station for the day's catch, should you get lucky. There is also a dock, though access can be limited at low water depending on your vessel. This was an amazing short stay, and we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Rental Close to Everything

My husband and I recently stayed at this rental and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was “ as advertised” and had everything that we needed for an enjoyable weekend. The only thing that could have been better was the bed. It seemed slightly smaller than a queen and was incredibly hard. Both my husband and I experienced back / hip soreness from it, however this was a small issue in the grand scheme of things. Everything else was wonderful! The location is fantastic with a beautiful view from the back patio, and is located in a quiet community halfway between town and the beach., It only took us 12 mins to get to local restaurants and the old town (Heritage Village) of Crystal River & was 5 mins away (3 miles) from the beach. We would stay here again.

Super cute Place. Clean, updated, Quiet, nice location. Parking was a bit of an issue but understandable due to scallop season, otherwise everything was wonderful! Only one minor suggestion would be better bed pillows.

Immaculate, beautiful and quiet

What a cute place! Whoever did the interior decorations and appointments was on point. The condo is on a quiet road and backs up to a beautiful natural area with a perfect view of the sunrise. The pool is clean and quiet, with only a few people quietly sunning themselves. This place is an oasis of relaxation!

Clean, attractive, well appointed place

Located in an area surrounding the wetlands of sawgrass, this quiet place was pleasant and welcoming when opening the front door. Very Clean, with bright and cheerful sun shining through the glass windows filling one wall, and a deck to enjoy the sunshine. Was well supplied with essentials. A pool is close by. Fishing and boating as well. Has easy access to wherever we wanted to go. Would recommend staying here

Stay in the FL wetlands

Very interesting site in the wetlands of Florida. Crystal River has quaint restaurants and shops. The preserves are great for hiking and kayaking. We swam with the manatees!

Cute quiet get away

The place is cute and well equiped. The only thing to know before you go is that the property has a shared wall and the back deck is also not private. The pool is nice and the location is tucked away but perfect for enjoying nature and the beach is just down the street. We really enjoyed our time in Crystal River. Small town loaded with mom and pop dining and if you love fishing and nature you cannot beat this place! I would recommend staying in Sawgrass Landing and in this property it was very relaxing and a nice place to call home while on vacation.

Weekend Getaway

Love! Very cute place with excellent amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking oils. The bug spray was a life saver! Very quick easy drive to the beach or into town. Great place!

Wonderful short break

We rented a wonderful house in Crystal River Fl. Communicatie with the owners was very easy and pleasant. We fell in love with the house and it’s surroundings immediately. We visited a few state parks, did an organized boat ride on Kings Bay, had some very good meals out and did some great shopping! A perfect little break! Thanks so much to the owners Eileen and Richard for letting us use their house!

Great stay on Crystal River

Great, clean and modern place to stay for a fun time in Crystal River. Just up the road from the central area of town so it's nice and quiet and very private. After a long day out on the water it was nice to come back to and relax by the pool or just get out of the hot sun. Would definitely stay here again!

The Forgotten Coast is Alive and Well

Clean and comfortable forgotten coast of Florida getaway. My wife and I enjoyed our vacation. Obvious why this place is so attractive for fishing, scalloping, and access to springs. There is plenty to do all around and we still looked forward to sitting by the pool each evening watching the boats come in and listening to the tales of the sea. I had a fun time learning to clean scallops. Thanks to all, owners, cleaning staff, and condo maintenance.
