We booked a last minute trip here and we are so happy we did. The place was amazing and stocked so well. Check in and check out was a breeze. Communication with the host was also extremely fast. We will definitely be booking again! Also just a note to boat owners — check the tides and make sure you are back well before low tide or you will not make it back to the dock. The dock does have a hose and a very nice fish cleaning station. It is also right next to a marina and the boat ramp.

The owner provided a lot of little extras like condiments, coffee, sunscreens, personal care products etc. that came in handy. It is in a little remote area so it is quiet but a ten minute drive into town is easy to get to stores, restaurants and other things to do. Nice place.

We had a wonderful time at this most unique home and property! Don's and Donna's home was exceptionally clean; nicely designed and maintained; both their home and unique "village" location exceeded our expectations. The design of the home and their wonderful decorations made us feel at home. Everything one could need: utensils; pots/pans; appliances were provided. Don responded to all inquiries rapidly and helpfully which enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this special place to anyone looking for a great place to use as their base for Crystal River activities, or for simply laying back and enjoying. Nice getaway in Crystal River

Donald’s place was a nice getaway for a holiday weekend. The place was extremely convent to our crystal river adventures. The pool, which was Right outside the unit was nice. I had a little problem getting in once and Donald was very responsive. Issue was a user error.

Fantastic place, worth the trip!

Absolutely great place, beyond our expectations. The place was immaculate, very cozy, great amenities, and the washer/dryer was a life saver. We used some stocked items like the coffee and sweetener and were sure to leave some things for the next folks. Talked to some other owners and they were very friendly, they gave some great recommendations on where to eat and sights to see. The road out front was a great place to walk and get some steps in, if that’s your thing, and the pool was in great shape. Don was very responsive! When I messaged him, he would respond within 10-15 minutes, if not sooner. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Don!
