Thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy to take justified criticism as an opportunity to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests. Unfortunately, there may be complaints that are not foreseeable. But our house management always tries to find a remedy and they take care of it immediately. Regarding the initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing tabs, kitchen paper, garbage bags and drinking water in the refrigerator, we would like to note that, as usual, this is only an initial supply and each guest is responsible for getting supplies themselves after using up this initial supply, since this is a vacation home and not a hotel.

During your visit, we were transitioning between two property management teams, which unfortunately led to inconsistencies in communication, maintenance, and overall coordination. This is not representative of our usual standards. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced, including the lighting, cleanliness, pool service, and the confusion around checkout. We also understand that the timing of the manager’s visit felt intrusive, and regret this impression. All points have since been addressed with the new management team, including improved quality control, clearer communication, and consistent guest information.
