The View on Water street was perfect and in a great location. The view is amazing and we got to watch the Azalea Festival fireworks from the balcony overlooking the river. We will be staying again soon!

Great little condo in downtown with a view of the river located around everything so you could walk everywhere don't even need your vehicle room was very clean and has internet available

Great location downtown near to plenty of entertainment, food, sights, etc. The balcony view of the riverwalk and battleship is a plus while the place has all you need for an extended stay. Comfy and stocked. This is a bit of an older structure so you'll have some street noise, but that is pretty normal for downtown sites.

Great location!

This condo was a perfect location for walking to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well-appointed - with great views. Would absolutely recommend to others and look forward to staying here again!

The property was exactly as described and check in was simple. Nice and clean with a beautiful view of the river. Super convenient to all the downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Great location, everything 100% super easy and very well organized from reservation to check in to check out. I imagine if I would have needed anything during my stay it would have been handled immediately, but really all was as expected so I didn't even need to reach out. Very pleased, very easy process, would stay again!

Superb! Has everything you need and could hope for - comfortable furniture, well thought out kitchenette, nice towels and bathroom amenities, extremely clean and responsive property management. We have stayed in this condo building before and the upfit on this unit is wonderful. Would certainly stay again.

After stressful day and the car ride here with a doggie and an elderly friend that we were helping them move to Wilmington this weekend, it was very nice to be able to rest up at his welcoming and cozy condo. We enjoyed the beautiful view and breathing the fresh air. The condo is well maintained and there are many touches that makes it feel like a home away from home. Definitely very nice the quick responses from the host. The pamphlet with local info and the restaurants, things to do was very helpful. We hope to be back soon when we visit our friend and her pretty dog Millie; Dori & Charlie B, Greenville, SC

This condo was perfect for a birthday getaway. The view was great overlooking the river. Condo was very clean with new/newer furniture and appliances. Kitchen was well outfitted but why cook when there are so many restaurants within walking distance. We plan on coming back to The View in the future.

We highly recommend this VRBO. Kitchen was furnished with complete sets of dishes, bowls, silverware, glasses, utensils and cookware. Very nice amenities; three throws to cover up with; night lights in kitchen and bath; coffee maker with coffee and creamer; nice refrigerator with ice maker; water and snacks; hair dryer and toiletries. The high chairs and high table on the deck provided a great view from the deck and did not block the view from the living room. Loved the garage parking. Convenient to shops, restaurants and bars! Great communication with Curt and Ada during our stay.

Beautiful little apartment across from the river and right across from the USS North Carolina. Clean and comfortable place. Absolutely nothing to complain about and very conveniently located in downtown Wilmington. Very well worth the money.
