Welcome to Three By The Sea!

This coastal chic property located on the Delaware Shores is less than 2 miles from Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. "Named one of the Top 10 most popular beach destinations, the Rehoboth Beach & Dewey Beach Resort Area is known for its award-winning boardwalk, specialty stores, amusements, beautiful homes, tax-free shopping, and some of the finest restaurants anywhere." You can bike to the beach and downtown Rehoboth or take a quick drive along Rte. 1 to Tanger Factory Outlets, local entertainment, and grocery or convenience stores.

A lovely private courtyard entry greets guests for this ground-level open concept unit, boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths that sleeps 4 people. Nestled in the quiet community of Eagles Landing that offers pool access, tennis courts, a silting pond, walking paths and for your convenience is a short walk to Big Fish Grill [voted one of the best seafood restaurants in Rehoboth]. The unit provides keyless entry with a unique code for your stay, all linens included (i.e., sheets, bath, and beach towels), a laundry room, a dedicated parking space, and a patio for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Things to note:

No bikes in the unit or on the patio. Bikes can be stored on racks in the community.

Great accommodations! We were very pleased with not only the cleanliness but the lengths taken to make sure everything was there if needed. The stocked medicine cabinets, flashlights, the USB outlets, desk/office accessories….just to name few. I can not rave enough about this place. It was even extremely close to the pool!!!

This was our 4th year staying at Dodd and Tanisha's wonderful condo - and there's a reason we keep coming back! Or, rather, several reasons: the place is easily accessible, minutes from the beach (driving), immaculately maintained and cleaned, the perfect setup for a small family, comfortable and welcoming, and stocked with everything from coffee to toiletries. The hosts are always very communicative and flexible, and we will continue coming back to stay in future years.

This is by far, the cleanest and most well organized vacation rental we've ever stayed at. The owners clearly made thoughtful choices to make this a comfortable stay for work or play (games, TVs, home office space if you have to work/study). The kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils, dishware, and even basic cooking items. My family enjoyed a short walk to the community pool for a a swim. We were here during extreme heat and the house was nice and cool for us the entire time. I can't say enough about how clean it was throughout ( I am a germaphobe and felt so at ease in this clean space). The location is super convenient to getting around Rehoboth, Bethany, and down to Fenwick Island. Highly recommend for small families or others just looking for a getaway near the beach!

Perfect place for a small family!

Property is close to the beach and all the restaurant action. We swam at the pool on site and played some pickleball. Until graduation party down in Fenwick and did a day at the beach in Rehoboth. Great communication with hosts and would stay again!

This property is in an excellent location. It is close to everything (5-10 minutes) by car. The property has a pool if you don't want to go to the beach. The propery has all the essential items that may be used and needed for your stay.

I've stayed at this property several times. This is my favorite property whenever we go to the festival. The property is well maintained, very clean, the hosts are excellent and anything you may need has been provided and available, basically all the comforts of home. It's near everything. However, most importantly for me is, that it's a very clean, very comfortable and in a safe area.

We had a wonderful time! The property was very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. We loved staying here and will return next year!

The perfect family getaway

We stayed at Dodd and Tanisha's beautiful unit for the second year in a row, and we are already planning our third year next summer - that's how perfect their place is! It has all the amenities you could need, it's a short drive to the beach, it's in a quiet community with a pool, and it's just NICE. Comfy beds, incredibly clean, lots of thoughtful touches - it's our favorite place to stay!
