Brand new 2022 renovation! Everything is brand new! New Beds, showers, sinks, appliances, Smart TVs, furniture, flooring!!! Condo features a pool just steps away from the outdoor deck on the first floor. The condo is exactly one mile to the beach & boardwalk. Just a 5 minute drive to the Jungle Jims Waterpark and tons of amazing restaurants bars. Want to shop the Tanger Outlets are less than a mile away. Bring your bikes and leave your car for the entire weekend! Rehoboth now has lots of bike racks to securley lock yur bike in front of the beach access paths. The condo also has a very large bike rack to lock up your bike. We are exactly 1 mile to the boardwalk and walking distance to the Crystal Restaurant for Breakfast!! There is public transportation to the outlets and beach if you wanted to leave the car at the condo. We also provide all your linens and bath towels!!! Any rental over 30 days the tenant will pay utilities.

Fantastic location/ comfortable apartment

We stayed in our home away from home for nearly 2 months. It is a well appointed apartment with all the furnishings you might need. Great quiet neighborhood with great eateries in walking distance. Walking distance to the beach too is a great plus. We feel in love with the neighborhood. I would stay here again

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The condo was Super clean, more spacious than the pictures show. We enjoyed the pool after the beach. Location is close to everything fun in Rehoboth! We’d stay again! Highly recommended, and a nice value too!

Family Trip

Great place and great location! Had a little hiccup with the door code not working at check in. The owner did did in touch with me with another code. So all good mistakes happen was that big of a deal. Highly recommended for a great centrally located place close to the beach. Thanks!

A Great Place to Stay

Well kept, comfortable, and updated condo. My wife and I stayed there from March 30- April 27, 2024.. The location is perfect. There are so many bars, restaurants, spas, etc. within a walking distance. Hop in your car and you can find anything you want in a matter of minutes. Eric, your host, is a great guy. If you have any questions or need anything taken care of, you can be assured he will take care of it for you. I recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in a nice unit and in a great location. It is perfect for two people, two couples, or a family of four.

Great place!

Eric’s place was perfect! We rode our bikes everywhere.. it’s close to anything you need.. didn’t need to go on RT 1 at all which is HUGE! The condo is really nice and spacious.. can’t wait to book here again!

A+, five stars, nothing but great!

This property was recently updated, thoughtfully and comfortably furnished and SO SO CLEAN upon arrival - it was a terrific home away from home for a week at the beach. My family of four was very comfortable and I think up to 6 people would probably be equally as comfortable. Erik the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and our stay was super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Loved it!

Clean and comfortable, we were very impressed with the upscale TV and appliances. It met are needs completely . Beautiful grounds and pool. We hope to stay again next year.

Relaxing in Rehoboth

We had a wonderful time! The home was spacious and thoughtfully equipped. It had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. It is on the first floor which made it very accessible with a stroller. There was a housekeeper on-call and on the premises. 10-minute walk away from a playground, brunch place (Egg is fantastic!), and Rise Up (excellent coffee shop). The beach and boardwalk are a pleasant 25-minute walk along Rehoboth’s main drag along sidewalks. The pool was perfect for our family, never crowded and well maintained. If you are sensitive to light or a light sleeper, you might need room darkening curtains in the second bedroom. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Just what I was hoping for

This property is just what I was hoping for: A quiet, 2-bedroom condo, conveniently located, and fairly priced. While small, it was perfect for the two of us plus our dog. The Henlopen Station neighborhood is dog friendly and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and the green space in the area. Our unit, located on the first floor, was immaculate and well-stocked. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch. Rehoboth and Dewey are one mile away. The Point Coffee House, a 7-minute walk from the condo, has great coffee and breakfast options. Eric was a pleasure to work with. He provided clear instructions and was responsive whenever we posed a question. I look forward to returning.

Cute Updated Condo

The condo was great!! Clean, updated, and very comfortable. Easy access both from the front and off the back patio. The host was very responsive to every message and answered every question well. We would definitely consider this place again.

Second stay at this great little condo

Came here in May for a last minute getaway and brought our puppy. It was perfect- very puppy safe floors and an outdoor deck for relaxing together. Gordon Pond Park is also dog friendly. This time we left the puppy home and brought my daughter and her husband and their nearly 2yo and 7 yo. It worked quite well- sleeping wasn’t ideal but that was because they are used to a “family bed” (and the little one said”roll over “). But they worked it out with the sleep sofa and the queen master bedroom and a cot …. The place is SO clean (thank you, Brian) and I love the crisp grey, white, and navy decor. It is not big or elegant or particularly close to the beach for a young family. But it is comfortable, affordable and attractive. We used the deck, the side yard to play ball and practice badminton, and the delightful pool. Hope to enjoy this space many times in the future!

Hidden gem

The condo was perfect for our family of two adults, 2 kids, and a small dog. The renovation was nicely done and everything is new and very clean. The complex is in a central and safe location off the 1, bike paths, the outlets, and walking distance to popular breakfast spots like the Egg and The point, Revelation brewery, playground, and the farmers market. The condo is a nice first floor corner unit with easy access to the two assigned parking spots to offload your stuff through the patio. The patio is very private, just around the corner from the pool and has a nice grassy area in front of it for kids or dogs to play. Pool is on the smaller side but perfect for the kids to play after a long day at the beach. Everyone was very friendly. Eric was a great host, easy to reach if you need him. I only have nice things to say about this place and hope to come back again.

Perfect condo in great little community

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days on the spur of the moment. We found this sweet little condo. It is newly renovated and everything looks brand new. It is attractively decorated in grey and bright white. We loved the little wooden deck - especially since we were traveling with our puppy. The condo community has lots of open lawn space gardens and a beautiful pool area. The neighbors were all welcoming and friendly. We spent a good bit of time at Gordon Pond State Park with our baby dog. Very accessible to anything Rehoboth and the surrounding area has to offer! Thanks, Eric

Perfect

This condo was so nice! We had such a great time and it’s in a great location. It’s an easy walk or drive to all the places we wanted to go to and the space was newly renovated. It was nice and quiet, including the pool and the entire condo complex. Eric was very helpful and easy to communicate with and we even met his brother that was very nice as well. Highly recommend!
