This is a great year for that family vacation you have been putting off. South Padre’s most gorgeous residential gem, is a one-of-a-kind, 30-story property reminiscent of a full-scale, luxury resort. This Magnificent 1750 square foot, 3 bedroom ocean waterfront rental is fully equipped and ready to help make your vacation one of a kind. Features 2 big balconies overlooking the ocean AND the bay. All guests are required to have on a wristband that will be issued at check-in. Staff will be monitoring this so it is intended that only authorized Sapphire guests and owners will be on property.
Unit 1105! The photos say it all. Check out our bunk room! Sure makes it easy to comfortably bring friends to the beach. One of the largest 3 bedroom units available at the Sapphire and every inch well planned for the perfect beach vacation. You should consider that (aside from the penthouse), most other 3 bedroom units available to rent at The Sapphire are substantially smaller AND although they do have a “bayside” balcony and personal grill for your use, they are located ACROSS the hallway OUTSIDE the condo, our balcony is attached with access from inside the condo with the grill close to the kitchen. In addition, 1105 boasts an additional very spacious half bath that the smaller units don’t have. Privately owned/managed, exceptionally maintained and one of the best on the beach! This is owned and managed by US, not a management company. We use it, and want to be comfortable while there so you get to enjoy all the personalization and detailed amenities that we have painstakingly thought out for our own families needs while visiting SPI. The unit is in the CENTER of the 2 towers on the 11th floor and thus boasts incredible panoramic ocean views and impressive bay views. Large 218 sqft balcony, with comfy furniture, staring straight at the ocean and just high enough to watch the pelicans fly by. Outdoor gas grill on bayside balcony that is ATTACHED to the unit (not across the hall as most are configured). This condo is not your typical sparsely decorated rental. Finish-out is top notch and decor is warm and contemporary. No detail ignored to make your stay easy and luxurious. Peaceful and unbelievably private. Conveniently located just over the causeway on the island and walking distance to both Schlitterban Parks. Rates from $450 per night/high season. Discount given for full 7 day rental. 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps at least 4). Double Bunk room with comfy full size futon on bottom and twin on top. 32' plasma TV with DVD. Full bath with stand up shower and jetted garden tub just outside the door to the room. Powder bath is at the end of the hallway.

Sapphire 1105 is owned and managed by us, the owners. We put our deposit down when this incredible development was still just a parking lot. I love it's accessibility and all the amenities. We stocked our condo as if we were going to live there, you will have everything you need. Our goal is to have you return again and again over the years.

THE CONDO SIZE AND LOCATION IN THE RESORT
1105 was built in 2009 and is the largest of the 3 bedroom floor plans offered at the Sapphire (“Diamond” floor plan at 1750 SF with oceanside outdoor terrace at 239 SF) You should consider that aside from the penthouse, most other 3 bedroom units available to rent at The Sapphire are substantially smaller AND although they do have a “bayside” balcony and personal grill, they are located ACROSS the hallway OUTSIDE the condo. In addition, 1105 boasts an additional very spacious half bath that the smaller units don’t have. This will prove to be more useful than you think.
1105 is in the CENTER of the 2 towers on the 11th floor and thus boasts incredible panoramic ocean views and impressive bay views. We specifically chose the 11th floor in the left tower for many reasons you will understand upon arrival, and it has proven to be an absolutely perfect location in the development. You don’t want to be too high (that you can’t see the dolphins and beach activity from the balcony) or too low (that your view is impeded by neighboring buildings or are disturbed by the ground level activity). We are at the perfect structural height for pelicans fly right by us. Both balconies have comfy furniture to sit and relax and are peaceful and unbelievably private.
The master and guest rooms both have giant “un-crushable” featherbeds on top of the mattress. So comfortable in fact, that I have had requests from several renters on how I made the beds SO comfortable! The bunk room is the largest bedroom and seems to be everyone’s favorite. With 2 sets of bunk beds, (double size mattress on bottoms and twins on top) it can easily accommodate 4 kids or 4 adults.
Plain and simple, this place is the most fabulous 1st class place on the island. Even if it's not our unit that you rent, then still make sure you stay at The Sapphire. You won't regret it.
