This luxury condo at River ridge two #604A is located in the popular Mt. Bachelor Village Resort off Century Drive 'the road to the mountain' - 5 minutes to downtown Bend and the Old Mill District for shopping and fine dining---20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor for World Class Skiing --many challenging golf courses 1-20 miles away. Athletic Club of Bend with Restaurant and communal swimming pool on premises. 2.2 mile river Nature Trail for hiking and jogging is steps away Beautiful view of city lights at night-Private Hot Tub on deck-Upstairs Master Bedroom with Jacuzzi Bath and Walk In closet. Full size kitchen and dining area. Big screen TV in main living room with 2 smaller TVs in both bedrooms. Gas fireplace with heating/AC.

Central Oregon and Bend is a mecca for golfers--within one mile from Mt. Bachelor Village are Widgi Creek, Broken Top and the all new Tetherow courses --within 20 miles are many other golf courses including Sunriver, Crosswater and Black Butte Ranch------other --fly fishing on the many lakes and rivers, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, road biking, mountain biking and hiking.

Choice Location

Great location for access to Mt Bachelor or Bend. Well appointed unit with nice view. Hot tub was an appreciated bonus.

Ski week stay

Place was exactly as stated. Great location to head up for skiing and into town. Owner was very responsive to any requests. Would stay here again. Great views and close to walking down by the river.

A great place to stay

It was lovely! very neat and clean, all the amenities, including a hot tub. It is centrally located to take advantage of hikes, beer trails, the High Desert Museum. I would be happy to rent this place again!

Beautiful Location

Great location on the Descutes River. Nice hiking trail along the river. Condo is nice laid out and comfortable.

Comfortable Condo

Great Family Vacation

This condo was great for our family vacation (kids aged 4 and 7). Great location with trails to walk close by. We enjoyed the pool and park. Everything was as expected. Easy check in.

Spacious, comfortable condo in Bend

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Even though we are less than 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants, it feels like we're in the forest. It is convenient for skiing. We loved the hot tub on the balcony. Everything was clean and in order.

Bend Ski Trip Jan 2024

Property was in great location, close to river, restaurants and Mt. Bachelor for skiing. The unit accommodated a family of 4 with plenty of room for all. The kitchen was good for cooking meals but would recommend to add some cooking oil and generic spices to use and a pair of scissors.

Anfitrión: Brad Carr

Love to fly fish the many rivers and lakes in the area. Been skiing here for years, since the 80s. There are Mountain bike/hiking trails galore. I lived at Mt. Bachelor village for many years at a smaller unit we owned for a while, #207 at one of the ski houses. My father just passed away in October 2024 and I have taken over managing the property. My name is Brad and I am Don Carr's son. I just had a heart transplant this year and am looking forward to getting active again and spending more time in the area myself. You may see me staying in unit 604B the lockout room which is strictly for owner use. Our garage is also for owner use and I have several items stored there. You probably won't even know I'm there but if you do see me feel free to say hello. I'd be happy to give you some local tips on where to go on the many trails, rivers, lakes and golf courses in the area.😉 I also know where all the secret powder stashes are at the mountain so if you're a good skier/boarder I can tell you some good places to go. Enjoy your stay at the village and perhaps I'll see you out on the trails, water, or courses in the area and hopefully soon on the mountain. 😄
