Shore Villas consists of only 33 select units located on the non-drive portion of the beach with only 9 direct ocean front units. Shore Villas is located between Ebb Tide and Errol by the Sea. This second floor unit has no neighbors on either side providing absolute privacy and serene breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean directly in front as well as entire New Smyrna Beach to the north and south.
