This two-bed, one- bath condo is situated in a perfect location. With the beach and boards a half block away, you can walk to anything you need.

The view from this 3rd floor property is outstanding, with generous ocean views.

One of the bedrooms has a queen, the other, two twin beds.

There is an indoor and outdoor eating space accompanying the kitchen and living room.

Lessees take note, renters are to provide their own linens and towels, as is customary in OC, NJ.

Shared laundry in the garage.

*No assigned parking*. Street parking is usually quite reasonable on the block.

Great place in OC

We had a wonderful time for our 4 day October stay in Ocean City. Great location between Asbury Ave and the boardwalk/beach. House was perfect for me, my wife and our niece. House was clean and kept very nicely. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with! Would definitely rent from them again!

Great getaway

My best friend and I stayed at this apartment for a girls weekend. Everything was comfortable and it is in a great location! Our host was terrific about communication and giving us a later check out time. Highly recommend for a weekend away!

Wonderful Place!

The rental is lovely and homey and perfect in size for my family of 3. It is well kept and clean and the rooms are comfy. It is super close to the beach and boardwalk and also to all the shops in town. The owners are absolutely delightful were generous and gave us a gift card. So sweet! Very thankful to them.

Cozy stay and great location

Stayed on the top unit. Beautiful view.. cozy spot and was perfect for two. Only downside the 3rd floor unit doesn’t have designated parking spot. Was fairly easy to park but mainly because it was after the Labor Day holiday. Would stay again for sure….

Great location to beach and boardwalk

Property is as described. Two comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, nice dining room and deck. Loved the location only a 3 minute walk to boardwalk. Great location in downtown but not too noisy. Kitchen, living room and shower are small but functional. Overall, we really enjoyedstay.

Very small

This listing shows for 4 people. My husband and I stayed alone for the week and it’s a good thing we did because there is no way 4 people would have had enough room comfortably in this space. The shower is so small you can barely move. The furniture is i comfortable, and don’t get me started on the rugs. If you think you are going to walk around without your shoes, forget it. The rugs are made out of some straw/rattan weave and they are all over. They hurt to walk on. Two people can’t cook in the kitchen at once. Oh and if they tell you that street parking is not a problem they are full of it. We had a horrible time finding parking. Once we did, we had to Uber everywhere because we couldn’t move our car. We will be more careful when picking a listing next time around.

Apartment was clean and looked exactly as it did in the pictures. Quiet block and homeowners were communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

Cute stay

It was a very nice property with a great seating area outside. You could see the ocean from the outside deck. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the home was clean.

Great home and location

We loved our stay at this house. The place was perfect. Very clean and nice home with everything you need for a stay. The balcony was perfect as well. You really can’t beat the location either — close to the beach and bird walk but far enough away where it’s quiet. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location that has everything!

We loved the location of this property. Not only was it close to the beach, but also walking distance to Bennie’s Bread, our favorite bike rental, shopping along Asbury, Walgreens (for a prescription), Wawa and Boyars Market. There were four in our party and the size was perfect. The kitchen was the best stocked that we’ve had in 10 years of coming to OC. We made protein smoothies is a quality blender, grilled burgers on the Foreman (so easy to clean), cooked bok choy soup in the large pot and cooked multiple dishes for dinners in the abundance of pots, pans and trayS. Usually there is only ONE of each; not different sizes or multiple pans. Oh, and there were plenty of round pans that we used to reheat pizza. Another bonus was the heavy lead crystal drinking glasses. Our family avoids plastic as much as possible and this was a nice perk. We loved sitting on the deck every morning and throughout the day to enjoy a cup of tea or eat lunch or dinner. We loved being on the third floor. It was also nice having ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. One pleasant surprise was the four beach tags. I didn’t expect them (maybe I missed that in the amenities). The area was relatively quiet and we loved the fact that garbage pick up was NOT at the crack of dawn (was sometime after noon while we were at the beach). If you’re group is four or less, you will not be disappointed with this place.

Great time had by all.

The 14th Street location was the basis for my choice of the property. The place as in perfect condition and everything worked great. Free laundry was helpful and a place to store the beach wagon too. The stairs let me eat all that Kohr's Ice Cream. Judy and Clare.

Nice spot for a small family

This is a great unit for a small family. Tidy and clean, modernish decor, and plenty of storage baskets to help keep organized. The shower is a tight space. Our unit did not have dedicated parking, but no issue finding spots within or around the block. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves meals when we didn’t go out. It was very cloudy and rainy during the last few days of our stay, and we kept busy with the selection of games and puzzles in the closet. Overall a great value. Thanks for a relaxing stay in this great location!

Cozy 3rd floor with a view

Great location with close proximity to boardwalk and beach. Could see the beach and bay from the deck. Everything was clean and as the listing advertised. Owner was responsive and helpful even allowing late check out for our off season stay. Ideal for a small group and those able to do some stairs as it’s on the 3rd floor. Perfect for my long weekend away with my bestie. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great time in OC

We love the location of this property- one block from beach near south end (quieter) of the boardwalk. Parking on the street was a bit challenging when we were there but we made it work. The apartment itself was really nice- the beds were very comfortable and the central AC worked well. The only things we missed were a dishwasher and a second bathroom. If you stay- check out the Farm Stand restaurant down the street. Some of the best food we’ve had in OC!

Relaxing peaceful weekend

Had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Location is great as the boardwalk and beach are only a block away. The apartment was set up nice and cozy with a nice deck for enjoying morning coffee.
