Wow, so close to the beach! Only 400 feet to the beach! Condo is across the street from the beach and boardwalk. This beachside retreat features a first or second floor condo that both have porches with a beautiful view of Ocean City and has been recently renovated and features a granite kitchen and bathroom, 2 new flat screen smart TV's, ceramic tile and more.

Top of the line queen size mattresses custom bed frames in all condo’s bedrooms. Deluxe cool gel memory foam queen size mattresses in the the sleeper sofas for the best comfort and great night’s sleep. 2 sets of queen size bed linens, 2 blankets, 6 bed pillows and pillow cases are provided for your use. Condos are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant, bleach, air sanitizer and floor sanitizer after every guest.

We are located within 400 feet to the beach and boardwalk. 218 Corinthian Avenue is located between 2nd & 3rd Street in the exclusive Gardens area in Ocean City. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the porch that overlooks a relaxing view of beautiful Ocean City.

Other features include WiFi with Google Home WiFi System for excellent internet access, 2 smart TVs with over 300 premier channels, new Keurig K-Duo Single Serve and Carafe Coffee Maker, outdoor enclosed shower and two window unit air conditioners in each condo. Two beach tags, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach buggy carts are available for your use. There is bike storage space in the backyard. There are no electric charging accommodations for electric vehicles, E-bikes, electric wheelchairs or electric scooters. Everything you need for a great shore vacation is right here.

You can park your car and walk to everything. We are across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Recreation center with basketball courts, football/soccer field, volleyball, skateboard park, track, shuffleboard, playground are three blocks away. Amusements and mini-golf are minutes away. Asbury Avenue's shops and restaurants are an easy 15 minute stroll.

*2 Beach tags provided.
*2 Sets of queen size bed linens and 2 blankets for bed and queen size sleeper sofa are provided. 6 pillows provided.
*Bath towels are provided for 2-6 night rentals but not weekly rentals. Beach towels are not provided and are the renters responsibility.

*4 person maximum limit per condo. Additional fee of $200 per night for each person over the 4 person maximum limit.

*1 dog with $100 pet fee. *Must be 23 years of age to rent.
*No smoking allowed in condo.
*No senior week/prom week rentals.

Perfectly located property

This property had everything that we needed to enjoy our girls trip to the beach. The rental was close to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown Ocean City. We were able to walk to everything. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was especially nice that linens, beach tags, and beach chairs were available for our use.

Great vacation!!

Great rental!!! Full of amenities and a short stroll to the beach. We had a great time. Property owners even came and brought us new batteries and extra bedding. I would highly recommend!!

Perfect getaway

This home is small but loaded with amenities. It is ideally located just one block from the beach and includes beach tags, chairs and umbrellas. Located in a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance to stores and the busy boardwalk. Great communication with Aimee. Definitely recommend!

Excellent Location!

Great location to the beach and only a short walk to the boardwalk! Aimee was very flexible to work with and super responsive. The condo was immaculate and Aimee provides everything you need, so you only need to bring the essentials! We will definitely be back!

Perfect!

This property is just great for two or 4 people. The location is perfect, a block from the beach. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Property owners were extremely responsive throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. We can't wait to go back.

Great place, very nice owner.

Perfect for 2 people, close to the beach, far enough from the busiest parts of the boardwalk but close enough to walk everywhere. Thanks for the chairs and beach tags! Great experience.

Great Location/Good Value

First and foremost this property is at a great location and the property owner was very responsive. It is also well equipped. Two things to be aware of when considering this property. First you can hear the neighboring guests quite well, especially if you are staying the bottom unit - you can hear the people above you moving around. Secondly, our unit was not as clean as we would expect. We realize it is a beach house so sometimes the cleanliness standards are different, but overall it was dirtier than we expected. I mention these two things just to be aware if you go into this rental with this understanding you won't be disappointed because it is a good value for the area, the location is great and the owner has great communication.

After reading your review, I was very surprised! I personally clean each condo and take great pride in my property’s appearance. As you can see from my many reviews of my condos, past guests emphasized the cleanliness. What exactly did you find that was dirty in the condo?

Ocean City getaway
