Overall, this was a really excellent destination for our family. All of the boys hung out and in what we called the frat room. They rotated sleeping on the bunk beds and the oversized bean bag type beds. Two TVs was nice for them and there. Having a n outside door from that room was great. Sliding type doorway that leads from the bunk room to the next area of the house is a hazard. The whole left side is screwed in place, but it's also covered with a very thick curtain. We all bumped it with our shoulders quite a few times.

When I came across this house, I thought it was too good to be true. I had doubts. lol. We arrived and OMG! It’s even better in person! Every amenity is there and looks great. My daughters and their friends had a blast! It’s also a well Stocked home. There were two things I didn’t like. There’s no dishwasher and no curtains on windows. So the sun shines bright and is waking you up at 7 am. But it’s nothing that would cause me to give the home anything less than 5 stars. The owner also was very responsive when inquiring and even offered us an early arrival time. My girls are already begging their dad to go back in the summertime.

Fun activities!

It was great to have pool, hot tub, basketball court and all the other activities all in one place. The privacy was a plus as well! One thing that could improve the stay is if there were better pans for cokming.

Decent place but lots of rules/postings all over the place.Stocked with lots of helpful supplies, but missing some basic essentials, like enough coffee cups.Several outdoor activities were dirty or broken or unusable.

Thank you for your review. We do have the noise rules only posted on the back doors and people still can’t seem to follow. We will definitely add more coffee cups and investigate what games are broken. Thank you for booking
