Walk to Regatta Pointe Marina for a scenic walk under picturesque oak trees & historic homes & for plenty of dining options, live music, boat rentals & Manatee River - or walk to Downtown Bradenton. Putting green, cornhole & grilling option in backyard. Space for a boat. Relax with the family at this cozy getaway.

Easy check in. Host was very responsive to messages. We had a wonderful stay, we loved the backyard space. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Little Getaway

This house was so well laid out. Shower was amazing. Slept like a baby. Decor in all the rooms was so nice. Will stay again

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood

Loved how quiet this location was. Backyard was nice with little putting green. Walking distance to eating and river and marina. Would stay here again! I really loved the walks we had every day around the neighborhood too!

Wonderful

Our weekend stay was absolutely amazing! The photos of the house online do NOT do it justice. It’s a beautiful home, located 20-30 minutes away from all the beaches! Quiet little neighborhood, Michelle was a wonderful host super friendly, attentive and easy going. We can’t wait to stay again! :)

Very Comfortable

Property suited our needs beautifully. The fenced back yard was private and great for our dog. The back porch is a real plus. The neighborhood is walkable and the house is located close to the water

Cute place, but dirty. Dirty linens. Moldy sheets. Hair in sheets, shower, beds, pillows.Used bandaid in the sink.Roaches in the entry way and laundry.Owner was unwilling to refund us and said she was the one that stayed there the week before. So they probably stayed there and didn’t want to pay for professional cleaners. We booked 6 days, couldn’t stay more than 2 nights because we kept finding nasty dirty linens, dirty towels, and hair everywhere. There are some redeeming factors, though. The rental is charming, updated, and the AC blows cold.

Suited our needs perfectly!

This house had absolutely everything we needed for our ladies weekend. We also appreciated the paper products, Keurig pods, comfortable seating etc. The back porch and yard gave us extra relaxation space. We felt perfectly safe in the quaint neighborhood. The owner responded to question’s immediately,. The downstairs shower was hard to figure out at first Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Impressive and attractive redesign of older home. Well kept and very clean. Little amenities were there to greet us. I would recommend staying there.

Palmetto

This is an older home that’s been tastefully renovated. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable. The walk-in shower is very nice too. Our host Michelle was very easy to work with and always quick to respond. We appreciated all the many extras that were supplied such as coffee, detergents and trash bags to name a few. The area is quaint and quiet. We found that it was a 45 minute drive though to the beaches on Anna Maria due to heavy traffic which was disappointing for us.

Perfect place for groomsmen

I got married within walking distance from here and it was the perfect place to get ready and the putting range made it extra fun. It is very comfortable for 7 people in their 20s

Cute house, great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was close to the marina where we walked for dinner and ice cream and a short drive to some of Florida's most beautiful beaches. There was a nice city park/playground that was also in walking distance that the kids and dog loved.
