The apartment is very old and rustic. The shower is old the kitchen everything it’s so old. This apartment doesn’t have a separate bedroom it’s everything in the kitchen. The tv it’s on the top of the bed. I feel it will fell when I am sleeping.

My cousins and I loved staying there! Yes, there was a few spots that needed to be cleaned better and maybe have a few more rugs. Other than that, everything was great! :) Plan on coming back!

Comfy, but outdated

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice view, comfy. Room/ bathroom was a bit outdated. TV setup could also be better.

Hottest week I’ve ever spent

When we arrived at the condo, it looked beautiful outside, from desk has excellent service. When we got to the room the decor was nice, appliances dates and wasn’t the cleanest. Major issue was the air was not working properly. There was a huge bowl under the unit collecting some water but there was puddles in the floor running underneath the couch. The fan they had in the room was not working either. We called the Maintance number the next morning. They sent someone over to fix it. He in thawed it and said hopefully that would help, if not it might need freon. By the next morning it was froze up again and very hot. I again called the Maintance who said they would send someone over. No one came. I continued to call each day and no one came. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a fan to try and stay cool. We were unable to use the kitchen due to the heat already in the room. Also was unable to wash anything the whole week due to not being able to use the dryer. I had heard nothing but good things about Shores of Panama but this unit and the service we received were horrible. When I would call about the unit they all knew what room we were staying in and said they would send them another message. The bathroom shower curtain had mold all on it, curtain rod was all rusted as well as the shower caddy inside the shower. My family will never go back there if this is the kind of service we will receive. No one should have to stay in a room with no air for a week!

Needs updating and mopped

Shores of Panama is great but? The room needed to be mopped. Kicked off my shoes and walked through when I first got there and my feet were black. Had to mop with a towel because there wasn’t a mop. The stove- the eyes were all crooked. Couldn’t cook on it. Bathroom- the shower rod was rusted and the rack in the shower was too- it all needs to be replaced. But like I said the facility itself was great- clean. I will not use this condo again.

Spring Break Vacation

Overall, the property was nice. The kitchen was dated and needs updating. I reached out to the property owners several times with a maintenance request and they never answered, so that was quite disappointing to our stay. Views of the ocean and pool were wonderful.

winter escape 2024

the location was really nice. being able to walk right out from the beautiful courtyard was great. we were pleased with the security and everyone we talked to or passed was very friendly! our room was nice. had a few issues we noticed when we arrived and they were taken care of promply. we made good use of the gym. there were some kids (11) in the hot tub being "watched" by their parents who were not following the rules posted. Didn't feel it was my place to address the issues but there wasn't anyone employees passing by to talk to them. we loved the location as well. all in all very happy.

Great location

Wasn’t very clean at all, cleaners seemed like they only made the bed. The floor was covered in sand and everything else was dusty and kinda dirty!

Home away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. It's a cute small appartment on the 18th floor

When i came it was clean and cool, bad was nice and comfortable. I checked the balcony and the view was amazing. Every morning i was enjoying the view when i was on the balcony. Bathroom and kitchen was clean. This apartment has everything for cooking- a microwave and a stove. Equipment a bit old but everything works well. The only thing that was annoying its a problem with elevators. There 4 elevators for 24 floors building. Capacity of each one is 12 people. One elevator didn't work when i was there. It's always a problem to go up or down. You should be patient or use stairs.

Hated having to pay for the parking and the parking deck is tight, definitely better if you have a small car and not a big truck like I do.

Condo not Cleaned

My Check in was at 4 PM. The condo had not been cleaned when I arrived. I contacted the property manager number And they said they would get someone up there. At 6:30 PM they arrived. I had already Washed the sheets , sanitized the condo and made the bed. I had driven 13 hours from Dallas area and did not feel like waiting. Other than that the Stay was great. It is a beautiful resort. Other than the elevators are very slow and crowded.

Problems from day 1

No parkin pass,no response from property manager Frig not workin,no answer from property manager Tv not working for 6 days out of 7 day vacation, i called and left messages, i wrote emails every day for 5 days before I gave up I did not enjoy my time/ stay this time in shores of panama Customer service is terrible, no 1 came to fix the TV till the day I left Thanks but no thanks!!!

Condo was super nice, could see where parking garage could be a disaster during season but we had no problems when we visited beginning of august. overall great experience, would book again!

Will not book again

The parking deck too small and very tight parking. Can easily damage your vehicle. Elevator system horrible and no ventilation. Very congested property. I would not recommend this rental property.

Would stay again

The condo was adorable and I would rent again. I expected the condo to be lived it but the furniture was equivalent to ikea so keep that in mind because price wise this was the most expensive condo we looked at… the bar stools were all broken and in literal pieces and the dresser door was broken so we kept everything in a suitcase which isn’t ideal in a studio it leaves no room to walk. The major issue was the stove seal was broken and burning the cabinet next door to it so since we could not use the stove we wasted a lot of frozen food that we had previously purchased. The pool area is beautiful and has a tiki bar on the expensive side and a food hut but it was out of almost everything every time we tried to purchase food so do not count on it. After driving around and checking out other possible rental we decided this resort looks the best for the future. Becareful in the parking garage, only one car can fit on curves and it’s always busy. The only real complaint was every time someone pulled the fire alarm they tell you to vacate the building down the 21 flights of stays and they never gave out an all clear so we stood outside like a bunch of idiot and when we nicely asked the lady at the front counter if it was clear she told us to take it up with security. Other than all that. Even after all that I would rent at that resort again but lower my expectations.
