Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, and a firelog burning fireplace in the living room. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 4 guests, use a complimentary firelog in the wood burning fireplace to set the ambience. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Ski weekend getaway

Lake View Retreat

Would have liked a real refrigerator & a freezer, however, we made do with this for the 2 nights we stayed! Will definitely be back!

Death in family

We did now get to stay at the condo due to a sudden death in the family. Very poor policy that they would not refund our money unless we had travelers insurance. They offered us to honor another date that we choose as long as it it within the year. With the holidays coming up all of our vacation days are accounted for and another stay would not make sense this year. Very upset. within the tear.

A Retirement Retreat

We walked to the beach, downtown, restaurants, did day trips. The location was perfect to see and do other things in the area. The Condo was comfortable and the view was amazing.

A really nice place to stay

We enjoyed staying here very much. The unit was clean and well furnished and the view of Round Lake was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway in Charlevoix

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at the Edgewater Inn over the Fourth of July holiday and had a great time! The unit was in really good condition, and the location within the complex can't be beat. You get great views off the balcony of the ships going to/from Lake Michigan plus the unit is conveniently located straight ahead from the parking lot entrance. The pool/hot tub/sauna in the lower level were utilized a ton during our trip. The one complaint is that the kitchen doesn't have any sort of exhaust fan. We cooked all meals in the unit, and it got a bit smoky a few times. Considering they have two stove tops and a microwave I wish there were a way to help clear any smoke from chicken, breakfast sausage, or otherwise. Besides that the inn was great and we loved being so close to Charlevoix for morning walks to coffee, and to Lake Michigan for quick walks to the water for the sunset. All in all, this was one of our favorite places we have stayed up north in Michigan and we highly recommend it!

Nice as usual.....but a few issues

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed @ the Edgewater for over 30 years...have always enjoyed our stay (except for the last 2 times)...the TV in the bedroom did not work..we hac someone come over to look at it, but could not fix it. The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable(again)...the mattress was lumpy & uneven..very wife had to put the cushions back on to be able to sleep.

Great location, amazing views!

This property was exactly as described. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we could have needed for our stay. Walking distance to everything downtown and amazing views of the water and boats passing by. Would definitely stay here again!

Do not use this property location

We were told not to travel to location due to winter storm. When contacting property and asking to move due to storm- we were told no changes regardless of reason. It’s poor customer service to tell you not to come, not provide access and then say “sorry no changes allowed”. What a scam! Don’t stay here!

Great place but...things to know

Really nice stay. King bed was very comfortable and beautiful location. Would have been nice to know before visit.....staying in late October we booked this condo wanting a fireplace. There was a log to light. Not a gas fireplace. Ok fine, but there was no lighter to be found. My husband had to leave and buy one (it was raining/dark/cold) Also, the property pool/hot tub was closed for "maintenance". Also looked forward to hot tub but couldn't enjoy. Would have liked a heads up. Guess we didn't need to pack our suits :( There was no one at the check in/out desk at night for help. No one at the desk when we checked out either at 10:45 am.
