Thank you for your thoughtful review of Edgewater Inn 101. We’re thrilled to hear that you loved the condo and enjoyed your stay with us, even with the temporary hot tub issue. Your understanding means a lot, and we’re happy that the comfort, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere of your unit helped make your visit a memorable one. At Edgewater Inn, we take great pride in offering beautifully maintained waterfront condominiums overlooking Round Lake and the Pine River Channel. Guests in Unit 101 especially enjoy the private patio that provides a front-row seat to the passing boats and drawbridge — a truly one-of-a-kind Charlevoix experience. We’re also glad that our central location made it easy for you to explore downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions, all within a short walk from the property. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hot tub being out of service during your stay. Our maintenance team is actively working to ensure all amenities — including the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna — remain in excellent condition so future guests can enjoy the full range of relaxing experiences that make the Edgewater Inn so special. Thank you again for your patience and kind words. We’re delighted you found the condo so enjoyable and hope to welcome you back soon for another peaceful, scenic stay on the waterfront in beautiful Charlevoix.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you found the place beautiful, that the view was gorgeous, and that the room was exactly as pictured and very clean. We’re truly sorry your after-hours arrival was stressful. Even though the check-in instructions were emailed twice and again on the day of arrival, we understand how easy it is to miss an email while traveling—especially when arriving after the office has closed. You should never feel stuck at the door, and we appreciate you notifying the front desk ahead of time. We’re updating our process to make after-hours check-in clearer and easier to find, including a more prominent message and backup steps (so you’re not relying on other guests). Thank you again for your patience and for sharing this—your feedback helps us improve.

Thank you for the five-star review! We're so glad the property was perfect for your needs. We hope to host you again soon!

Steven- Thank you for the positive reviews. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. We hope to see you again. Sincerely, The Edgewater Inn Management Team

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful 10/10 review and for being such a loyal guest over the past thirty years. Guests like you are truly the heart of what makes the Edgewater Inn in Charlevoix so special. We’re delighted to hear that your first stay in unit 101 was such a great experience and that it met the high expectations you’ve come to know and love from your many visits with us. It’s fantastic to hear that you found the condo nicely decorated and that the bed and furniture were so comfortable. We take great pride in ensuring each of our waterfront vacation rentals is thoughtfully furnished to create a relaxing, home-like atmosphere for our guests. Comfort and cleanliness are top priorities, and we’re thrilled that this unit delivered exactly that. Being on the lower level and close to the parking lot offers an added level of convenience for easy access while still maintaining the peace and quiet that makes a Charlevoix getaway so rejuvenating. Guests often love this location because it allows them to easily bring in luggage or return from a day exploring downtown while still being steps away from the breathtaking views of Round Lake. It warms our hearts to know that you plan to book this same room again next year. We’ll do everything possible to make sure unit 101 is ready to welcome you back for another memorable stay. Returning guests are the best compliment we can receive, and your loyalty to Edgewater Inn and Charlevoix means so much to our team. We’re glad you continue to enjoy the peaceful setting, convenient location, and small-town charm that make this area one of Northern Michigan’s most beloved destinations. Whether you’re watching the boats glide through the channel, strolling along the marina, or walking to the nearby shops and restaurants downtown, there’s no better place to take in all that Charlevoix has to offer. Thank you again for your kind words and continued trust in us for your Northern Michigan getaways. We can’t wait to welcome you back next year for another relaxing stay filled with comfort, great views, and the same warm hospitality that keeps guests returning to Edgewater Inn decade after decade.
