Renovated, modern Chatham beach house with lots of cozy charm

This charming beach house has just been gut renovated and decorated with a modern but cozy, beachy feel. The house is located a short .25 miles from Pleasant Beach. A short walk or bike ride away. Pleasant is one of the few free beaches in Chatham so no permit needed and no daily charge. The neighboring Forrest Beach is also a free beach. Also a short bike or car ride from Red River Beach, which is a large, beautiful beach with life guards, concessions and bathrooms. The house is also within walking distance to two restaurants. Pisces is one of the best restaurants in Chatham, as well as Drifters which is a great, casual family option. 10 minutes to Chatham village and 5 minutes to downtown Harwichport village. The house features four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite with their own bathrooms and the other guest bedroom and loft bedroom share the other large bathroom. The house features a very large living, bright living room, dining room and beautiful new kitchen with high end appliances. There is also a lovely screened in porch with a dining table and living furniture for relaxing, as well as outdoor patio area with a dining table & grill.

Comfortable stay at great location

Fall getaway

A lovely area of the cape and the house is nice and impeccably clean. However, the kitchen was not very well stocked. It lacked some basic cooking supplies and very few spices including no salt or sugar. There were no tissues and no backup toilet paper or paper towels. The master bathroom has almost no lighting. All in all, we did have a great time and enjoyed the sunporch.

Family Fall Trip

The host Mark was amazing to communicate with. The house is very charming and decorated so nice. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and essentials for cooking. It was a perfect for our family if 6. We would Definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Long Weekend

We were looking for a place to stay in Chatham for a family birthday celebration, and we found the perfect place! The house is comfortable, spacious and close to town. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! We will definitely be booking this home again.

Chatham Stay

The house was in a great location. Short walk to the beach and a nice restaurant Drifters. The house was nicely decorated and fully equipped. We had a few days of bad weather so we had no problem staying in and relaxing.

Simply Fantabulous

We had a fantabulous time staying at this property. It was my first time arranging a vrbo and I initially felt a bit apprehensive. But the owner Mark was communicative and responsive and it turned out to be quite an easy and straight forward process to check in and out. When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the place was very clean and pleasant and the property was accurately photographed and described on the website. The 6 of us were very comfortable. Nearly all the rooms (except one bedroom) were on a single level, which was great for my very elderly dad who uses a cane, and the layout was such that everyone had space to do some work away from the office, read a book or simply appreciate a bit of solo rest and relaxation. We also appreciated the spacious living room to socialize, chat or watch a movie and the long dining table to enjoy a nice supper together. There were comfy beds, plenty of towels, all the basics to clean/do laundry, and a well-stocked kitchen that included trays, pans and even pot holders! There was even a collection of board games and books. In short, the property had everything you could want or need for a great vacation.

Excellent MDW in Chattam

Super nice property with that cape vibe everyone likes. The short trip to the beach was used a lot we loved the convenience of it. Driveway was super easy to access for having multiple cars.

This home was perfect for our group. We made full use of the kitchen, dining area, lounge and sunroom. A short 10 minute walk through the select subdivision leads to the beach. The local grocery store and farmers market (Tuesday evening) are a short drive away (less than 10 minutes).

Perfect Family vacation home!

We rented this home last week (my family with two teens ages 14 and 17, and my sisters family with two teens, ages 17 and 19) and everyone left saying it was the best vacation we've had! The location of this beautifully updated home is not far from beaches, downtown Chatham, and other great areas to visit on the Cape (like Sundae School for ice cream daily ;)) The owners Mark and Costas were incredibly responsive, and the house was in perfect condition. We loved it so much that we ended up cooking dinners at home most nights playing cornhole, watching movies and playing games. Highly recommend and hope to get back for another family vacation there soon!

Family vacation

This house worked perfectly for our family of 8 ((5 adults and 3 children). Plenty of room . We especially like the 3 seasons room . Perfect for playing games on the rainy days. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. The house is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s in a peaceful residential location and we enjoyed the sunny patio in the morning. There is a restaurant, Drifters, a short walk from the house, where we had two great meals. Communication with the owner was easy and always prompt.

Perfect place for extended family

We stayed here for our son's wedding weekend in December. It was the perfect house for 7 of us to all have plenty of comfortable space. and a very convenient location! Two masters with their own baths really helped. Having both masters on the first floor was really appreciated by my 80 year old mom! I would love to come back in the summer when we could enjoy the beautiful beach that is at the end of the street! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We only enjoyed breakfast there but it would be a great space for family meals around the large table. Thanks, Mark!

Love Chatham!

Renting this VRBO was a great experience!! Mark quickly responded to all my questions. The home was clean and just a wonderful place to come back to every evening. Everything was just like in the listing. Chatham was beautiful as well as all of Cape Cod. Hopefully, we’ll be back one day.

This house has everything!

This was a sisters getaway. This house was immaculate, 10 minutes from beaches and shopping , and spacious. After enjoying our morning coffee on the enclosed deck, we were off exploring the rest of the day. We had a fabulous stay!
