Here we have one of our most beautiful cottages on property! This cottage is literally right on the water, you can't get much closer without getting wet! Come stay in our unit of #264 that we have nicknamed "Cabin Leisure". You are sure to enjoy yourself in this cottage. It is recently updated with all new furnishings and appliances, which include a washer/dryer and a king size bed!

In this unit there are 3 windows that will give you the ultimate 270 degree view of the beautiful Deschutes River. The walking trail is right out your front window so if you enjoy people watching like I do, then this will have tons of walkers to see passing by! But don't worry, out cottage windows have a slight tint to them to help keep the privacy of you and your guests on the inside!

While staying with us you will have the luxury of access to our indoor heated pool and hot tub! After taking a dip in the pool you can come back to the central AC to cool down even more on those warm summer days, and in the winter you can snuggle up next to the gas fire place after being at Mount Bachelor skiing all day!

You're welcome to bring up to two pets, so long as you pay the one-time $50 pet fee (per pet, plus tax). We send you the pet fee request after you book. You must disclose your pets upon booking.

Wonderful cottage

Cabin leisure exceeded my expectations. The river is truly right outside living room window. If you open window, you can hear the sound of a rushing river. Unit is very clean and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need. You are just steps from the walking path that follows the river for miles. Overall I loved my stay and hope to go back.

Riverfront Retreat

This is such a great gem. We enjoyed the beautiful Deschutes River right outside the living room and were able to walk right to downtown in 10 minutes. The unit was very comfortable and cozy and came stocked with everything we needed for daily living and evening dinners.

Couldn't have been better!

Wow we loved this place! We try to travel with our dog as often as possible because boarding is difficult, and it is usually not super enjoyable when we stay in a city. This was the perfect spot for us and our German shepherd! Right along the pathway about a minute walk from Pioneer park, another 15ish minutes to an even bigger Drake Park. And in the other direction is more of a nature trail. So easy to take him out and not a ton of people around. We didn't notice our neighbors at all. My biggest concern when we booked was if it would be weird to have people walking right by our windows on the walking path, but the windows sit a little higher and we never felt like anyone could see us or was looking directly inward. The place was spotless and everything inside looked brand new. A full sized kitchen that we didn't use much but fully stocked with everything you could think of. The bed was comfy, the fireplace was amazing since it was 20-25 degrees for the duration of our stay. You could walk to just about anything which we fully intended to do until we realized how cold it was, ha. We went up to Mt. Bachelor twice and it was just a 30 minute drive. The giant closet was great for storing all of our things out of the way. It was so peaceful and the view of the river was beautiful. I imagine it's even better in the summer. The hosts were clear and communicative. We don't have a single complaint, and will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Cozy Riverfront Stay

Great location, open the window for the sound of the rushing rapids at night.The kitchen is well stocked and the electric wood stove was cozy in the evening.The bed is comfortable but bring your own pillowcase or sheets as the existing sheets are super synthetic! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

The cabin is next to the Deschutes river and the Deschutes trail. Easy access to restaurants and stores. The cabin was very nice very comfortable and had a very nice kitchen. The hot water was almost instantly on to the shower and all the faucets. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Cottage by the River!

We loved our stay at the “Cabin Leisure” cottage! The view was amazing, the place was super clean and beautiful, and the staff were very helpful! We will be staying here again for sure!

Bend River Stay

We had a wonderful stay in the riverside cottage apartment. Location could not have been better. Easy no contact check-in and check-out. Kitchen well equipped. Being literally river front was wonderful and made taking our dogs out easy. You are also walking distance to downtown. Recommend checking out “The Cellar” for a pint (music Wednesday evenings). Hope to return.

Perfect Getaway…

I rate my stay at places that have great beds. When we rent, we look for, like what we see so we rent. The place can be beautiful but if the bed is uncomfortable, that breaks it. This place is excellent! The bed was awesome. We didn’t like the sheets but just bring your own. One feature that impressed us was the pull out couch. We’ve not slept on a better bed. Perfect! This place is beautiful. It’s not new but the view is spectacular!!! 5 stars

Bend Riverfront

Excellent property. End unit. Very private. Wonderful white noise from the river rapids. Excellent green belt trail along river to walk our dog. We look forward to returning in the future.

Only one disappointment

The cabin is really right on the river. However there is no real patio or outdoor area to pleasantly sit on The stone patio which is difficult to access faces directly west so is too hot to sit on in a sunny afternoon

3 nights in Bend

The unit is in a great location - a 10 minute walk to downtown (restaurants, shops etc) and we enjoyed walking along the river in the opposite direction. The unit itself however really needs a deep cleaning - the baseboards are dirty, the area rugs probably need to be replaced, etc. The kitchen could have been better equipped with utensils and basics.

Nice place but big drawbacks for us.

We unpacked and sat down to relax only to notice that our clothes were covered in dog hair. Long, white dog hairs. I called and they sent someone to try to take care of it but for the next two days we continued to have dog hair on our clothes and socks. Ew. There was no instruction for the three remotes on the table. Mgmt came and had to replace all of the dead batteries, one for the tv and one for the gas fireplace. The third was removed as it was for a nonexistent dvd player. For as much money as we paid per night I expect way more.

An ideal base for adventuring in Bend

The Leisure Cabin was everything we wanted for our first trip to Bend: a panoramic view of the river just steps away, an ideal location just a short walk along the river trail into downtown, an easy drive to anywhere else (30 seconds to the highway)... Spacious, clean, quiet, with convenient parking, well-stocked kitchen, lots of amenities, responsive hosts... We will definitely be staying here for our future visits!

A great stay in Leisure Cabin!

My partner and dog spent 5 nights in the Leisure Cabin. The place was clean, and just as pictured. It was great to be right on the river/trail, our dog loved it!

Dog friendly

I booked this place because I needed something dog friendly and this was perfect. The river trail is steps from the front door. The place didn’t show obvious signs or smells of dog friendliness which was a happy surprise. It is dated from the outside and the entry door sticks quite a bit and the heat tricky to maintain but the location to the walking trail made up for that for us.

Perfect getaway

A cozy beautiful spot with the river right outside our window! The condo was very clean and warm. Very comfortable furniture with a pullout couch. It Felt very safe walking 15 min to town even in the dark. Would definitely recommend this spot! 100000 stars
