Renovated and furnished April, 2022. New paint, floors, and countertopf . This spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath offers a full sized kitchen with NEW QUARTZ countertop with recessed sink with everything you need - dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator and full sized, side by side washer & dryer in condo. All new linens, towels, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Queen Sized bed in Master, 2 twin sized beds in 2nd room, all with Memory Foam Toppers. TWO full bathrooms that were just refinished (April, 2020) to include non-slip flooring, NEW quartz bathroom countertops. Brand new beautiful Sleeper Sofa and side chair. Brand new LARGE kitchen table with seating for everyone, including a long bench, great for kids. 3 large flat screen TV's (both with expanded cable). Surf the web on the condos own personal, secure Wifi connection, play board games or relax with a book during your stay. And don't forget the great balcony where you can kick up your feet on the cute newly purchased adirondack chairs, watch the sun set and enjoy the island breeze.

Nice community feel.

Nice modern unit. Only a couple of issues with cleanliness. Well maintained. Location was good. Walkable to the beach. The pool area is a big selling point. Nicely heated with sturdy lounge chairs and tables. Most residents there were very friendly and made for a fun time.Met the property manager by chance. Not friendly or helpful. Issues we had were immediate addressed through VRBO. I would recommend this area and unit to friends.

Great trip

Very nice well maintained property. Christina was very helpful and always available. Overall the property was clean but could use a little TLC just from my perspective. As a guest it was the perfect place for our little family.

A really long review with everything you need to know

This best way to describe this VRBO is completely adequate! The $12 beach pass was easy to aquire at the gas station or sold on whitecap beach on Sat of Labor Day weekend. We appreciated the buckets, boards, towels, cooler, and beach chairs provided. The washer and dryer worked well, and the queen bed was comfortable. Cute decor & nice layout. No trace of mold/mildew. The door code was broken when we arrived, and we had to call the host who replied immediately. The foldout couch mattress is nothing but springs and completely unusable. We found a dead roach and had ants, but probably unavoidable in that climate. The carwash/rinse station was out of order. Needs a new sponge. Ice maker didn't work & only 1 ice tray. A couple more would help a lot. No filtered water, and the tap doesn't taste great. Dishwasher is on its last leg and nearly falls over when opened. Main bedroom ceiling fan has a broken cord so can't change the fan speed. Needs new pillows. Some advice to other renters - if your toddler locks the closet door, the doors can be unlocked using a key or screwdriver (in the kitchen drawer). Be aware that the steps are extremely steep, and there is no elevator. If you leave teens at the pool, make sure you give them the keycard to use the bathrooms. Kitchen drain stopper works upside down as a bathtub stopper. Donut Palace and Desserted Island are both super close and delicious. We all enjoyed the food at Doc's, but it does get loud and loud from live bands.

Nice Stay

Comfortable beds, very clean, no washcloths so bring washcloths. Dryer didnt work at the time so we air dried our clothes on balcony but overall was a nice stay with extras provided in unit.

Great Stay

Nice little condo with all the necessities for a family of 4. Host was communicative and easy to work with, and even left some beach chairs and toys there for us to use which was a great unexpected perk!

Nice place with multiple issues

Condo was nice and very close to the beach, but bed are very uncomfortable. Washing machine didn't work. The bottom neighbors kept banging the walks when we walked anywhere in the condo. Got locked oit multiple times due to key lock issue's.

Condo listing was accurate. The place was very nice , and was clean upon arrival. Very convenient to the beach. Had a great time and would recommend this as a nice place to stay if you’re in the area

Great Beach Stay

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Had a problem with the dryer but Cristina was quick to help rectify the situation and offered to reimburse the money I used at laundry at the clubhouse. Would stay again.

Great Beach Location

We had a nice time staying here with family for a beach visit. Easy beach access, nice property, pool and hot tub. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable but overall an enjoyable stay. The owner was very gracious when we reached out with questions!

Nice Property - Check-In Confusing

The property itself was very nice and accommodating. The location is pretty good, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner even had several beach items (like a wagon) that we were able to use for the beach each day. However, our check-in instructions were somewhat confusing. We were given a code to use to open the door. Upon arrival, we observed an older key storage code box on the door frame, but the code would not work. After 10 minutes of trying to figure it out, we attempted to call and text the owner multiple times with no response. So we carried much of our stuff back down to our car and kept trying to contact the owner. In one last frustrated attempt my son and I went back up (2nd Floor) and failed again. I then inadvertently touch a blacked out screen at the door handle and realized it was a Digital Touch pad where the code is. But it’s invisible unless you know otherwise. The owner did contact us and apologize after we had already figured out how to get in. Overall the trip was good. But this snag was frustrating.

Fun, cozy, beach vacation

This place was great! Clean, comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Our one year old had a great time, and there wasn’t much for him to get into or ruin (definite plus).

A great set up for a beach or pool weekend

If you want options, this place is great. We have come tot his area before because my spouse has work meetings out here and I would stay here again. The home came fully stocked with basic supplies needed for a nice weekend. She had beach chairs & towels & supplies you'd want to have on hand. (This is valuable to have!) The kitchen had basics you'd need as well. If the location isn't obvious to you, note this is not a quick walk to the water. You can walk but in the TX summer, we preferred the 2 minute drive. Pro tip: we park at the hotel up the road. It's a great beach spot, close to the guy renting surfboards, chairs, etc.

Awesome place to relax

I stayed 3 days with a friend and 2 teenage girls, so nice for both of us to have our own space with full bathrooms. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! This was my 4th trip to the island and I would definitely stay here again (instead of a hotel).

Great birthday getaway!

Perfect Stay

This condo is super nice with the perfect beach feel. While we ate out every night, the kitchen is nicely appointed. The patio/deck is lovely to sit out with a glass of wine and apps in the evening. The living space and bedrooms are comfortable. The pool area and hot tub is a perfect spot to wind down at the end of the day. Centrally located to fantastic restaurants and miles of beach. Thanks for sharing your special spot!

Weekend family trip

Property is nice and had everything we need including shampoo and body soap. Very comfortable stay. Nice pool hot tub and fitness center. A short drive to Port A which is where we spent most of our time.

Stay at Corpus Christie

Property was well equipped overall. Lack of elevators was a bit of a surprise. It is a very nice location...close to beaches and amenities. To advertise an ocean view is a bit of a stretch. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Beach Club offers so much more than any other property on the Island. Beautiful heated pool & hot tub, gazebo for relaxing, private onsite lake for fishing, 24 hour gym and sauna, Business center with faxing, copying and printing, free coffee and WiFi at the Clubhouse AND walking distance to the beach. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!
