Villa patricia is a pet friendly 4 bedrooms house located in a serene upscale neighborhood surrounded by trees.
The house includes a large bright family room where you can enjoy a movie with a 65" smart TV or playing board games next to a nice fireplace. It also includes a very large dining room area to enjoy your meals and next to it an elegant living room to relax after dinner . The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook for your morning breakfast.
Villa Patricia features three spacious bedrooms and an office/workplace in the second floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a 55" smart TV. The second floor has a large guest bathroom and on the first floor there is half-bath
There is a beautiful and private deck in the back of the house with the view of beautiful trees. This hidden gem is your home away from home.

The property completely met our expectations based on its overview and photos. It was clean and spacious, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and close to shopping areas. There were no unwelcome surprises.Our host, Patricia, was responsive and a pleasing work with.

The house was great as was Patricia. The house is in a nice neighborhood, close to the interstate and shops for supplies. It's nicely furnished and well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had two minor issues which were resolved extremely quickly, and Patricia checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was good.

Property was clean and spacious and as advertised. Warm and inviting feeling to home. Bedrooms are very nice-sized and office upstairs is handy. Large family room downstairs a definite plus, and having an outside deck was very nice.Host was very accessible for communication and was very helpful and accommodating.

Property was as pictured. Very clean and spacious. The only issue I have was there were no small pots in kitchen accessories. Landscaping was a little overgrown in backyard, but other than that it was a beautiful Property. Would recommend to any potential renters.

Moving Rental

We rented the house while we were moving and it was perfect - clean, warm and in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for three weeks and were disappointed by both the condition of the home and our experience with the owner.The home was significantly under-equipped for an extended stay. There were only a few unstained bath towels and three hand towels for the entire house, no bath mats, very few hangers, inadequate cookware (not even enough to cook for two people comfortably), no side tables to put anything on in the living spaces, and very limited household supplies. We contacted the owner during our stay, and she acknowledged she hadn't been to the property in a long time and wasn't aware of many of these issues,The listing also did not accurately reflect the location. It was described as peaceful and "in the trees," but the home sits on a busy street corner near a major highway, with noticeable traffic noise that rattles the entire house!There were also maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including mold in the shower, a broken microwave and fireplace, a stained mattress pad, stains on the sofa, and overgrown landscaping and tons of weeds.After checkout, when I requested reimbursement for the basic household items we had purchased because they were not provided, the owner instead accused us of clogging a toilet and using too much toilet paper. We strongly dispute those claims.Unfortunately, our trip to Michigan was a very disappointing experience due to our stay. Would not recommend this home to anyone!!!

During your stay, when you brought concerns to our attention, we responded promptly by arranging for the sofa to be professionally cleaned, having the landscaping addressed, and ordering a replacement handle as soon as we learned it was damaged. We also worked around your schedule when delivery timing became an issue. Many of the additional household items mentioned in your review were not brought to our attention during your stay, which unfortunately did not give us the opportunity to address them. We always encourage guests to let us know if something is missing or needs attention so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Regarding reimbursement, the purchases were made without prior discussion or approval. Had we been made aware of the specific needs, we would have gladly explored appropriate solutions. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve the experience for future guests, and we wish you all the best. --

Repeat Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at Patricia’s lovely home. My bother is ill and the hospital is in close proximity so we had no hesitation in booking another week with her. She is a wonderful host, responds immediately, addresses concerns quickly - although nothing was major - and genuinely cares about her renters. If we have to go back to this area again we are not wanting to stay any place else. It is warm and comfortably designed, thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Family Getaway

House clean in a good neighborhood. Air conditioning issues the first few days, the owner was very accommodating. She had maintenance come in and repair the following day. No trash bags provided, but I consider that trivial complaint. It is a home away from home that was much nicer than any hotel.

Amazing Property!

What a find! It was a very beautiful home. We were so very pleasantly surprised. When we walked in, we had to keep walking because the properly was large, very clean, very totally updated. We actually thought it was a model home with everything so gorgeous and everything we needed was provided. The neighborhood was very quiet and had trees everywhere! We cannot say enough great things. Thank you!

Let me begin by saying the host Patricia was very nice and accomodating. She was communicating with me during the entire process. The home was clean and spacious and fit all the needs I required during my stay. I will be recommending this service to others. A Convenient Haven During Renovations: Home Away From Home

Our stay at this house was an absolute lifesaver during a hectic time of renovations. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of relief and comfort knowing that we had found a temporary home away from home. The house itself was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully furnished, providing all the comforts and conveniences we needed for a seamless transition during our renovation period. The layout was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. One of the highlights of the house was its prime location, which offered easy access to our renovation site as well as nearby amenities. Whether we needed to pop over to the store for supplies or grab a quick bite to eat after a long day of work, everything was conveniently located just a short drive away. Beautiful, spacious, clean house

Lovely house, spacious and clean. Wooded and nice backyard area. It could use more glasses and some hot pads and dish towels if you’re going to be cooking.
