Northwest Arkansas is quickly becoming the most sought after mountain biking area in the country. Coupled with the area's reputation for numerous lakes, this house lets you take advantage of both. The home is situated right between the Lake Ann Back 40 Trailhead and boat launch. You'll enjoy a nice blend of privacy at the home, with a bustling kayak/SUP/biking community steps from the door. You're a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Bentonville and its world-class museums, dining and always-changing community events.

This home is cleverly designed with an open floorplan and plenty of natural light. Two private bedrooms, two full baths with additional sleeping available in the sitting room nook sleeper sofa.

Bedroom 1: King bed with down-alternative bed topper, 65" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc), walk in closet, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with down-alternative bed topper, 46" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc), ceiling fan.
Laundry/Office: Washer & Dryer, Built-in ironing board with iron, built-in desk with stacks of local magazines & brochures to familiarize you to the area & help you plan your routes on area trails.
Dining Room: Seating for 6
Living Room: Large sofa, movable accent tables, 65" Smart Tv (Netflix, Hulu, etc).
Deck: Covered dining with ceiling fan, 2 sun loungers, Masterbuilt charcoal grill (with accessories).

Great get away!

Spent 4 days for our anniversary. Property was wonderful, clean & exactly what we expected. Lake was super fun & no shortage of places to hike.

Great lake vacation!

Loved the location, right on the lake and access to the kayaks and paddle board. House was clean and well stocked, perfect for our family of 5. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful location

We loved the location and deck out front. The view is stunning. The owners have some DIY stuff to complete, but we would definitely come again.

Amazing stay!

I had an amazing stay at this lakefront rental property. The host was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and friendly. The property itself was very clean, high-quality, and located in a fantastic area by the lake. I highly recommend this rental for a memorable and relaxing getaway!

Weekend in Bella Vista

We enjoyed staying in the home it had everything we needed. Very well stocked pantry. Nice View of the lake . We enjoyed visiting on the covered porch since there was a lot of rain while we were here.

Perfect Getaway

The pictures on the listing do not do the property justice. The house is great and has everything. The wrap around deck is perfect for your morning coffee, reading books or even enjoying dinner at the table. The lake is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The host is very helpful with any questions. We would recommend staying here.

Perfect getaway location

We had the best time doing things in nature and things in town. The size and location of this property helped us spend much time with each other. So many games and things to do right within the house and out. Host was excellent and very helpful!

Great get away with plenty of trails and fishing! Also nice and quiet!

It was a beautiful place to stay! It was just my husband and I but we enjoyed the being outside, floating and fishing for the week! We will be back! Just missing a relaxing outdoor hot tub 😉 everything else was worth the visit!

Weekend getaway

This was a beautiful property with the lake at our doorstep. The trailhead was within walking distance for hiking and biking. The home is beautiful and beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space to relax in the living area and the kitchen is well stocked. We hope to come back again for a visit.

Beautiful home, close to everything

Older home very cutely remodeled and decorated. Very fully stocked. Beautiful view of the sunset over the lake each night. Short walking distance to trails, short drives to Bentonville and U of A. Great stay for my family of 5. We would love to be back sometime soon!

Bungalow Review

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is beautiful and well stocked with all the extras we needed. We enjoyed kyaking and fishing on the private lake and picnicking on the grassy area beside the lake. From the deck of the house we enjoyed BBQing and watching the local wildlife. We also tried out nearby bike trails. Great communication with the hosts. We highly recommend!

Labor Day weekend

We found this lake house to fit all of our (4 adults) vacation needs. It was close to biking trails, golf courses and hiking trails. We enjoyed using the paddle board and kayaks provided with the house. The outside areas were enjoyed by all. The kitchen was well stocked. We were very comfortable in this beautiful house. It was child-friendly for our grandbaby too.

Great Place to Chill!

A great place to spend time with family or just kick back on the deck and enjoy the forest of birds that the house is nestled in. But the lake calls from across the street to grab a kayak or raft from the garage and go adventuring. If that's not enough motivation to get you off your duff, there are a myriad of nearby trails to explore. And there's a lot to be said about returning home exhausted to get some shut-eye in a featherbead under the cool breeze of the AC.

Great getaway in NW Arkansas

This property has a great location in Bella Vista. Lake Ann is a great small lake for paddlers and kayaks and it is close to the other Bella Vista POA properties and amenities (golf, pools, lakes, etc.), most of which we used. The best part is that it is a short drive to Bentonville and all of the activities that it has to offer. The property itself is very well kept and was extremely comfortable for our family of 4 (our kids shared a bed). The owners were extremely friendly and responsive and helped us answer a few questions about our trip, some of which weren't even directly about the property itself. Highly recommend this property for a small family or 2 couples seeking to vacation to NWA!

Private Getaway that's Close to Everything!

This lakeview bungalow is everything we love about NWA! Surrounded by nature with easy access to all of the best sites. The host was easy to reach, very accommodating and helped us stay connected to the local community. My husband and I stayed six nights and barely scratched the surface of all this property offers. Multiple hiking and biking trails at the end of the road and kayak launch at the end of the driveway. We arrived late Saturday and grabbed supplies at the Bella Vista Farmer's Market Sunday morning. There's plenty of space to spread out or bring along all the toys (secure storage for boats, bikes, etc). The hosts have thought about everything you need. You literally just need to bring clothing, food and yourselves! Can't wait to return next summer with the entire family.
