The entire house, huge yard, back yard, private driveway with tons of parking. We have a small back house with garage that is currently not available for guests..

The Neighborhood:
This is a nice and quiet neighborhood with a ton of charm. Its peaceful and quiet with tons of large trees and houses of different style and character. Enjoy a walk or a jog around the area in between wine tours and walks along Main Street..

Getting Around:
Austin Street, which is connected to the street we are on, runs parallel to Main and is an easy back way to go along the downtown drag without the traffic. You are close enough to walk downtown if you prefer, but its a simple 2 minute drive to everything in the middle of town. Uber and lyft operate in town and there are several outfitters for wine tours, etc that provide transportation as well which will come to you in the manual after booking..

Other Things to Note:
Gigantic hot tub! Fits over 12 people with no problem. Volleyball style pool that can be heated for an additional charge. The home itself is very spacious with a very large living area, additional den, and tons of windows. The bedrooms are spacious as well so everyone will have plenty of room. The home sits on a giant lot at over 1.2 acres, which is a rarity being this close to downtown .

No events or parties, as this is in a residential neighborhood. While the neighborhood is friendly to short term rentals it will break city ordinance if guests try to host an event and bring too many guests which could lead to a fine..

Features Description
• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash- There are 2 large trash cans that we keep in the driveway off the porch by the little water-well house.
• IF YOU ARE STAYING ON THURSDAY NIGHT WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU SET THE BINS OUT FOR FRIDAY MORNING TRASH PICK UP PLEASE! (My neighbor helps keep an eye out to make sure cans are put away so don't be alarmed if you see her come pull them out or put them away)

• Pets: Please note if pets are not previously approved before check-in, a charge of $400 per pet will be charged to unauthorized pets.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of

• This property is in a residential area, most houses in the neighborhood are families. Please be respectful, especially between 9pm- 8am.

• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Hostfully.

• A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid prior to check-in and are refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.

• We can host a maximum of 10 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

We provide very consise communication leading up to the stay with digital manuals and information, as well as a "one sheet" of basic instructions and preferred methods of contact once you are in the property.
