Santa Barbara Cutie

A nice house in a beautiful location. A local Mom&Pop store next door was convenient. We walked to State Street.The Location was near Everything! And if we didnt want to walk or move our car to avoid losing our street parking, local ebikes were nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us!local ebikes were available nearby rent

Great place just off State St.

Myself and two roommates from UCSB 20yrs ago were having amemorial trip for a 4th roommate who passed away recently. We were just looking for something downtown close to everything where each of the 3 of us could have our own bed. This property fit the bill perfectly. Each of us had our own room and a queen sized bed which was ideal. The kitchen and living room area are not huge but for the small amount of hours we spent in there in the evenings it was still plenty of room for us. Comunications from the property manager as far as check in goes were fantastic. They even proactively asked me if I needed an early check in which was fantastic. The home was incredibly clean upon our arrival and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Christmas visit

Great location as far as being close to State St. and all it has to offer. Parking is an issue. The barking dogs next door were a little irritating. No oven was not a problem for us but might be for someone else. This is an older house that shows its age.

Great location

This house was in a great location, walkable to State St and the Funk Zone. Could be a little noisy at night, but expected in a busy location. The host communicated well and was very accommodating.

SB wedding trip

This property was an excellent location for our weekend needs. Parking is a bit difficult, but we only had one vehicle, so it wasn’t too bad. We were able to find street parking within 1 1/2 blocks. The house is small, but was fine as a base of operations for the wedding festivities. Basic supplies were adequate. It would be good to label the soap/ shampoo dispensers however. We would book here again.

Short stay for biking

Very clean, good location, parking difficult but not the fault of the owners. The only suggested improvement would be to improve wifi, it is poor. I used my cellular which was also pretty poor.

Great location!

The house was clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a weekend stay! The location was great; We could walk to the amazing shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and more!

Black mold covered tarp in back area. Area needs additional trimming. Questionable safety of electrical wiring. Should be warning about many steps up to front door. Safety issue for anyone with walking or balance issues, or elderly folks. Inside clean and comfortable.

Great stay, close to everything

We booked this stay as a group of 5 for a wedding weekend in Santa Barbara and it was perfect for everything we needed. The location can't be beat, as it's walking distance to downtown and the beach.

Perfect Space and Location

We loved staying here! It was in a perfect location, so easy to walk around State St and get everywhere we needed to go. Parking was justifiably a little busy/tight, but we always managed to find a spot despite it being UCSB Graduation weekend. The space was the perfect size for me, my husband, my father, and my grandparents to all stay and have enough room to sleep, get ready, and hang out. We were so busy, we never ended up going in the backyard nor the laundry, but we did utilize every other space I believe. My only complaint would be the mattress in the room I stayed in felt very much like a pull out couch. My husband slept fine on it though. The host was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

A great weekend

Our 2nd annual Moms and Daughters weekend. The house was perfect. Great location and very accommodating host. The house had a great games selection and perfect touches for our weekend stay.

Location, location, location!

This place was great for our needs. We were three adult women who all wanted our own space, and we got it! Having two bathrooms was perfect (a necessity really) even though they were a bit small. My one comment was that the bed configuration was different than I saw in the listing. It was two queens and a full. There was no room with two twins. We loved the location and the parking was surprisingly super easy. Never had a problem finding a spot close by. We loved being able to just walk out the door and be downtown in the heart of things in 2-3 blocks. I would definitely recommend this place to others! I would stay there again if I had the opportunity.

Convenient and cute spot

This house is right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to the train, State St and the Funk Zone. It worked out great for a quick weekend getaway!

Great place, fantastic location

Perfect spot for exploring Santa Barbara. House is compact but has everything we needed. Location is fantastic, and finding parking on the street was fairly easy.

Convenient to downtown

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Barbara. The house was cute, clean and close to downtown restaurants and other hot spots. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area and selection of board games. The AC units worked great, especially with the warm weather this weekend. We would have liked a few more amenities like extra bath towels, an extra roll of paper towels, napkins, a kitchen towel to dry dishes, and some kitchen essentials. The queen bed was comfortable, but there was no place to store clothing (other than the hangers in the closet), and it was a bit frustrating to live out of our suitcases for three nights. My sister and her husband had to sleep in separate bedrooms because the other beds were only full sized, which we did not see in the listing. It would be difficult for 6 people to sleep comfortably in the home. Overall, though, it was a nice place which could be improved with a few additional touches.
