We had side by side rentals. The hosts were great in arranging a last minute change of rental due to maintenance. Very comfortable

Enjoyable stay

This house in the Central City neighborhood of Salt Lake City is in an ideal location! We were only in SLC for 4 days so our time was limited. However, due to the ideal location we were able to see what we wanted to make our stay worthwhile.

Cute place in nice quiet neighborhood

We had a great time at this place. The place was clean, the hot tub was great and the playground right around the corner was super convenient. We really enjoyed our time and the host was great and very helpful when we needed some schedule changes due to the tournament we were at. It was very nice and close to activities like the zoo, parks and convention center.

A great SLC getaway!

A great place to stay in SLC - close to downtown, loads of shopping, and U Utah. The house is tastefully decorated and very well appointed - we cooked a full thanksgiving meal for 8 with no problem. Truly everything you need for a great vacay! The hot tub was wonderful, although a bit unexpected that the backyard and outdoor space was detached from the house. Overall a fantastic stay - we will absolutely return on our next visit!

Pretty nice little house in super convenient location. Had all the amenities we liked and needed. Kitchen was functional and layout was good. Backyard area was a appealing place, however it was pretty messy and could use some maintenance. I spent an hour picking up sticks, evicting a birds nest in the gazebo and filling the hot tub which was very low, then it was pretty nice. The house is obviously a pet house, dog hair was all over inside and out on the patio. The AC could not keep up on the 90 degree days we were there. It ran all day and at 10pm the house was still at 82. It was one of the lower cost plases in the area, so I can overlook the downsides. If it were any more money per night, I'd probably be disappointed. Have to keep in mind this is a commercial income property, so it gets used and abused. Property manager was very easy to deal with and communicated well above average and reached out to us in advance.

Great experience and location

Unfortunately we didn’t actually get to stay in this property as the previous occupants contracted covid and were quarantined during our rental time. Dennis(owner) contacted me with the bad news as I was driving to the airport but instead of just canceling our reservation he worked with me to keep us in a property that was actually an upgrade so we would be close to the Qualtrics summit and he even threw in an extra night stay at a very nice townhome by powder mountain so we could catch a day on the slopes after the conference. Overall great experience in spite of the difficulty of the situation with original res Dennis definitely turned a potential loss into a huge win!

Great house in a perfect spot.

My husband, niece, nephew and I stayed in SLC to attend the Utah versus Florida Gators football game. This house was within walking distance of the stadium and pretty close to everything we did. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The two teenagers had their own space and there was plenty of room for all of us to watch tv. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch on to the fact that the couches were awesome and had recliners in them until the last night. They were so comfortable! But that’s our fault, not the house’s. We used the grill and the hot tub one night and everything worked great. Dennis was very responsive to my questions and we had no problems. I would definitely stay in this home again next time we’re in SLC. Thank you Dennis for the great stay!

Amazing little gem, so convenient!

We had a last minute trip and wanted something convenient to downtown. The property was perfect. Clean, comfortable and suited us perfectly. Check in was easy (the app was down, no fault to owners) as was check out, no unreasonable demands on check out cleaning. The property manager was readily available if needed by text and even gave some recommendations for food. The hot tub, fire put and grill were a great addition and made for a very homey/relaxing get together. The area was cute, safe walking distance to a few places to eat, drink and grocery stores. I would not hesitate to stay at the property again if I find myself back in SLC. Thank you!
