It was spotless and very comfortable. We thought it would be a little closer to the downtown area, but it still was a wonderful visit to the area. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was great for our girls weekend! The location was just a quick drive over to Main street. House was beautiful and clean and the host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Very Baby Friendly

Everything was fantastic. They had everything that we needed to stay. We had two babies and we brought our own pack and plays for their sleep and the closets were plenty big enough for them to have a quiet and dark space for naps and sleeps. The hosts were very great at communicating! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Father’s Day weekend

Very nice property, had all the amenities we needed. Only one issue, your Keurig machine did not work. But Starbucks close by saved the morning, lol! Seriously, it was very homey, and appreciated the extra blankets and pillows!

Girls Trip Getaway

The property manager was great at quick communication. The only thing I would change about this rental is to replace the carpet with tile.

Stay in Fredericksburg

Overall, the unit was fine with a couple of exceptions. The master bedroom bed seems small and was quite squeaky, so we didn't sleep very well. Also, the ad read 'Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine when you stay at HCH', however, when we arrived, there was no bottle on the counter, so I contacted the host. That's when I learned a minimum 2-night stay was required for the wine. This wouldn't affect my decision to stay somewhere, but it bothered me that the ad wasn't transparent prior to booking.

Clean, nicely decorated, newer unit

Philip, our landlord, could not have been better to work with. Easy check-in, quick to respond to our questions and needs, cheerful and kind. The unit suited our purposes as a month long renter. Not within easy “walking distance” of downtown, but a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Peaceful Getaway

This is a great place in Fredericksburg to get away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street. The condo was very clean and homey and had nice extra touches. The complimentary wine was a plus and our host was very responsive when I had questions. When I make it back to Texas I will 100% stay here again.

Cute Property in a Great Location

We were in Fredricksburg celebrating my birthday and this property was perfect for our weekend getaway. In a great location for downtown shopping and restaurants but not to far to enjoy everything Luckenbach has to offer. Property was clean and host a as easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Loved this property!!

This home was perfect for our 2 couples. Plenty of room, plenty of amenities and so cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and linens were wonderful. Great place To Stay

Great place to stay, close to winery's and shops downtown. Overall the property was very nice, But the carpet in the bedrooms was not that clean looking. Also the towels in the linen closet and bathrooms were still damp. They were clearly clean, but probably just not dried long enough.

Outstanding Property!

Our stay at this VRBO property was outstanding! The location was prime and incredibly serene, providing the perfect getaway. Everything is close by including a short drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The house itself is beautifully decorated and clean. We only used one of the two bedrooms and the bed was very comfortable. The washer and dryer was a nice added bonus . We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this property and plan to rebook in the near future. Thanks Philip!
