Beautiful Townhome with Ocean View at St Augustine Beach

Poolside, ocean view 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story townhouse at St Augustine Beach. You can feel the sea breeze and fall asleep to the sound of the Atlantic Ocean surf. The Sea Place Complex is right off historic Butler Beach on A1A South. Conveniently located in the center of all that Anastasia Island has to offer: great restaurants, shopping, water sport rentals, great fishing, beautiful beaches and much more.

The master features a king bed and private master bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and down the hall from the second bedroom is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. TV’s are in each bedroom as well as a large flat screen in the family room. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave and dishwasher. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room (unit sleeps 6). Washer and dryer also in unit for laundry. Linen and towels are fully stocked. Free wireless internet also provided.

The complex has 2 pools, private tennis courts, basketball hoop and private walkway to beach. The courtyard and large sunbathing area around both pools offer space to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset.

This property is a short drive to historic downtown St Augustine with its historic buildings, Fort and famous St George Street. St Augustine is known for its historic charm, gorgeous port and Ponce de Leon Fountain of Youth. St Augustine has many golf courses nearby including those at Golf World Village, TPC Sawgrass, the St Johns County course and many others for every playing level and price range. Football fans will love the proximity to Gainesville and Jacksonville. Orlando and Disney World are 2 hours away.

Perfect stay!

Beautiful location with nice restaurants near by. 20 minutes to get downtown and easy ride. Condo was clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay!

Excellent value and location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was well stocked, clean and cozy. Balconies overlook the pool and offer great views of the ocean...as advertised. I hope to visit again in the future. It's easy to see why Mark is a Premier Host.

Hidden gem

This condo is one of the best reasonably priced ones we have stayed in St. Augustine, and this is our 3rd trip. It was last min but clean and ready to go for us. Short walk to the beach and pool! We enjoyed every bit!

Nice condo

We have been coming to Sea Place for over 30 years and this condo has been the nicest one we have rented! Everything was updated and we just felt very comfortable. Thanks to the owner for having such a great place for people to rent, relax and enjoy a break.

Perfect place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we RELUCTANTLY closed the door! The location was excellent, very central to everything we needed. 5 minutes from our daughter's place, 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The view of pool and beach was excellent! The property is immaculate and decorated beautifully with every amenity you could want. Beach toys, umbrellas etc. We will definitely be coming back, thanks for a great stay! Pleasantly Surprised

The property was fantastic! The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was surprisingly stocked with everything you may need to cook, including spices! They even had a mesh tea strainer and we made sun tea! There were 4 beach chairs and an umbrella that made it easy for us, not to mention the amount of Beach and pool toys! It was a wonderful trip and the property made it very comfortable for us. Thank you so much! We hope to be back again!

Wonderful time!

We have come annually for the past 30 years and stayed at Sea Place. This was by far the best unit we have stayed in! It was clean, supplied well and communication with the owner was excellent! We were super impressed by it all!

Excellent beach property!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is very clean and so nice! Beds are really comfortable and linens so soft and cozy. Everything we needed was provided. Excellent coffee maker with coffee pods, tea & creamer provided too! Beach chairs, towels, nice patio furniture. We would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great stay!

Property was in an amazing location! Dreary days kept us from the beach but we enjoyed going into downtown to enjoy all the attractions St. Augustine has to offer. Condo was clean and comfortable for our family of 5 to enjoy for a couple of days. Will return for sure if we visit again!

Perfect getaway!

This property was exactly as described and perfect for our girls trip! We had a great time and enjoyed the condo and location. Only thing that could’ve been better was the pool water was freezing cold!! The weather was in the 80’s but the pool felt it had just been filled - this of course isn’t anything that Mark could control, but sure do wish it was heated. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach was amazing! The view of the beach was perfect too and the pictures don’t do it justice. The master bedroom has an amazingly super comfortable bed. Mark answered every question I had when planning our trip and his instructions were super easy and everything was in full working order. Thanks for being a great host and having everything we needed!! Quick note - bring your everyday essentials, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. There was a small supply of everything we needed but I like to clean as we go !

Piece of Paradise

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this condo! The electronic keypad makes check in, entering, & exiting the condo so much easier than keeping up with a key. The condo was quite clean, with the exception of needing a good dusting, everything was nice & tidy. The beds slept very well & there is plenty of space throughout the entire condo. We had a great vacation & were sad to leave! Definitely would stay here again!

We had the best stay at this condo! It was probably one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Everything in the listing was just as described. It was very close to great food places and ice cream!!
