Welcome to Capitola Village luxury! Nestled in the heart of Capitola Village this custom European Tudor style home has a two story lofted bedroom accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase. With private parking, security camera outside the front door, and a private upstair patio you can relax and unwind. Granite countertops throughout, wood windows, french doors and a gas fireplace add to the relaxing retreat aesthetic. A queen sofa sleeper is available for your comfort.

You will love being in the middle of all that Capitola Village has to offer. World class restaurants like The Shadowbrook are a short drive or easy walk away. Gourmet cafes, wine tasting rooms, bars and boutique shopping await. Rent a fishing boat off the Capitola wharf, kayak or stand up paddle or surf at a family friendly surf spot. There are so many memories to make!

A private parking space is included with your stay in a shared open air garage.

There are multiple stairs on the property. One flight of stairs from the parking garage to the main living space and another spiral staircase to the lofted queen bed and outdoor patio.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to many essential spots, so we didn't need to drive at all. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The condo itself is very cozy, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day out. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Beach Bungalow

Truly a wonderful place to stay and enjoy Capitola's charms. Loved everything about it! Great location! Super clean! Well-appointed and amazing. The on-site parking was also wonderful! Great hosts!!

Wonderful, beautiful space!

We had a great stay. The apartment is beautiful. Spacious and very comfortable. All the amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Close to everything, a convenient walk to the beach.

Family girls trip

I have stayed at the neighboring property a few times and this time there was a few more of us. Loved being neighbors with my cousins! The kitchen was huge and loved the flexibility of the larger bathroom with sink separate from shower/toilet! Great location for all things Capitola and beyond! Thankyou for lovely property and easy, prompt communications!

Excellent location,. Close to beach, shops, restaurants

We arrived earlier than expected. Property manager arranged cleaning service so we could check in few hours early. Parking available in garage below. Very convenient location. Awesome deli right next door. 2 blocks from beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, horrible pull out couch

Communications, cleanliness, and location were wonderful; however, pull out couch was REALLY uncomfortable. One could easily feel every support bar and coil and mattress sags. This location sleeps 4 at best. Add more kitchen basics.

Luxury condo

At first I thought the space was very cute! I quickly found it wasn’t practical finding the bedroom upstairs and away from the bathroom. It was difficult to access while upstairs especially at night or if staying with an older person. My husband didn’t join this time but this would have been challenging also for him. The kitchen supplies were sparse for cooking and longer stays. Overall the place was warm and cozy with heating options available in almost every room and it had a good mix of lighting. The location to the ocean and village was very appealing. One of the things I enjoyed most!

Great location!

This residence in Capitola CA was beautiful and well maintained. Perfect for a family of 4. Perfect location , within walking to distance to everything: shop’s restaurants, the beach etc ( 2 restaurants right across the street) neighborhood is very quiet at night.. but there is quite a bit of traffic during the day. The rental includes one covered parking space at the unit. There is a public parking lot 2 blocks down the road that has 12 hour paid parking and free overnight parking ( our adult kids brought their own car) parking on the street can be challenging as only a 3 hour limit. The spiral staircase to the upstairs loft is beautiful but could be challenging for older folks. There is a queen pull out couch on the first level that is very comfortable. ( we let the young adults traverse the spiral staircase to the queen bed in the loft) Overall, we had a fabulous long weekend!

Walk to Capitola Beach

Great location and accommodations for 4 adult-sized people. We brought our queen-sized inflatable mattress for the younger 2, and found decent floor space for that. The bathroom/shower are separated from the vanity, so getting people showered and ready was easy. The location was amazing and within a couple minute walk to Capitola Beach, Zelda’s, Pizza My Heart, Margaritaville and Polar Bear Ice Cream! Good parking for 1 car too. I hope we’ll be back soon!

Great location

The location of this property is great- It’s close to everything! The only negative for us was that the bathroom is downstairs and it’s a little tricky to navigate the spiral staircase in the middle of the night.

Perfect place for us

We loved this place. It's easily one the best VRBOs I've stayed in. Everything was walkable, a dedicated parking spot made coming and going stress-free, and the kitchen was fantastic, We loved the fresh air and patios. We will definitely be back!

Perfect respite!

This place was just the answer to my much needed get-a-way! The also much needed, (but crazy storm), found me dry and cozy sipping tea and catching up on my reading. This "Cabin" as it is referred to, is a dream property! The fireplace warms the entire unit in a flash! The decor and design of the space actually makes it seem much bigger than it actually is! The tall windows, two outdoor spaces and a covered off-street parking place are all a plus! A couple of questions of mine were answered very quickly by Allison and I could not have had a more perfect stay.

Fantastic location!

My three children and I decided to escape the heat and head to the beach for a few days. This property is such a fun design with the studio and loft bedroom area. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us. The place was very clean and comfortable. Giant windows, French doors overlooking Capitola Avenue, and the shower were definitely our favorite features. We parked in the carport and walked everywhere we needed for 4 days. It was wonderful! So close to shops, restaurants, a little convenience store, and Capitola Beach. We will definitely be back again!

Loved it!

Location, parking included, well maintained, spacious! My only minor issue is with the loose railing on the spiral staircase and be aware of where the stair step is by your head when you're standing next to it. Can't wait to return!
