We had a great stay with my family of four. Can't beat location. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Will definitely come back.

Property has everything you need for a weekend. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, hose to wash off and having a garage! Only think to note: if traveling with young kids both rooms have sky windows, so rooms won’t be covered by blind. Great hosts and would stay again!

The property was very clean, comfortable beds, great shower with plenty of warm water. Very close to shops and restaurants, we had zero complaints!

This property is fantastic and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were perfect. The bedrooms good size and the kitchen table was able to accommodate our family of 6. The living area was comfortable and relaxing. The property had lots of beach items in the garage. The garage parking is wonderful and larger than you think. I fit my Honda Pilot with a Thule on top into the garage.

Such a great spot! Location location location! A stones throw from the beach, shopping and restaurants! What a treat it was to stay here!

Capitola summer trip

This was a perfect spot for our family with older kids. They were able to come and go easily as they pleased with a perfect location. Adorable apartment and great communication with property management.

For the most part we liked being in the village. Accomodations were fine and cleanly. As stated yesterday, was very difficult to access entry and exit from car garage due to blocked driveway. The side of the home was heavy with sewage pipes and stuff being fixed. Couldn’t really have windows open because of an unpleasant odor.

Beautiful house and excellent location!

We loved the house and the easy access to downtown Capitola. The coded entry points and the garage were a huge plus. Thank you and we can't wait to stay at your vacation rental again.

This spot was perfect for our family of four! It was airy, roomy, and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a great location, just steps from downtown Capitola and the beach! Having a private garage parking space was a wonderful perk. We had to contact the host with a question when we arrived, and they were extremely responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

great little beach house perfect location

the only negative would be no view, but it's got the amenities we need, the perfect location and in Capitola the parking spot is worth it's weight in gold. 2nd year staying here and I anticipate I will try to book for next year as well.

Beach get away

Location was great, a short walk to beach. It was clean and had all we needed. Only thing lacking was we were not able to BBQ at the property.

Lovely Capitola Townhome

We loved our stay at this lovely townhome. So close to the beach and extra perk of being able to park two cars inside! The townhome was well appointed and very comfortable. Can't wait for our next visit!

Weekend with Daughter and Granddaughter

Very nice unit and location for our needs. It’s was comfortable and very clean. I had some trouble with the door and Surf City responded to my texts immediately! Hoping to make this a yearly visit!

great location steps from the beach

Very clean, convenient, great location downtown. Well appointed Kitchen, Big Garage with 2 parking spots rare for Capitola appreciate the washer dryer. Stayed here with my teen daughters and two of their friends. Had a great time. There are no views from unit B but there is a balcony where you can sit outside and bbq and have some cocktails.

Location is excellent!

The townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of main area of downtown Capitola. The place was clean, nicely decorated and had a full supply of kitchen cookware. The rental company was accommodating and responded quickly when we asked questions. The down side would be the porch over looks an alley & electrical wires, so not really somewhere you would hangout and bbq or relax. The water did not get very hot for showers etc... we let them know so hopefully it will get fixed. Otherwise if your intent is to park your car and enjoy the beach & cute town this place is perfect because of its location.

Great location with all the amenities. Very clean and access was easy. Beds are comfy too. Shops are close by. If you need groceries for a longer stay, head to Bay Ave where there is a grocery store close to the freeway. Hit up Gayle’s Bakery too for a delicious meal and some treat. Communication with host was fast and easy. Overall. A very great stay!
