Looking for a coastal getaway? Come to Sea Haven, a perfect spot for your family vacation.

Located on North Beach in Corpus Christi, Sea Haven is just minutes from the USS Lexington, the Texas State Aquarium, the beautiful Harbor Bridge and the Corpus Christi Hooks minor league baseball team, as well as some of the best food Corpus Christi has to offer.
The space
This newly renovated 1 bedroom beach condo with a comfortable coastal style is a short 1 minute walk to the beach and features a queen in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a set of bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen is fully furnished, so you can eat-in during your stay if you'd like.

Sliding doors give access to the water-view balcony with patio chairs to watch the sunrise over the bay.

The complex offers 2 private pools with one heated throughout the winter, hot tub, private beach access, coin laundry, free wifi and cable tv. Our Sea Haven condo has a smart tv so you can access your favorite streaming services.

Please note that the condo office charges a non-refundable $15 check-in fee per booking, which is payable at check-in. This goes towards getting a gate card and passes to use the pools and amenities.

Great for familiies

Super cute and cozy, great for a family stay. Everything was really clean, comfortable, and inviting. Would absolutely stay again if the chance arises.

Nice little getaway

We had a nice little getaway, we enjoyed our stay. The home was neat and clean. When we got there we were a bit skiddish of the area, but as the Days went on we were comfortable and felt safe with the security on the property. Also the beach access was so nice. I would stay there again.

Family Vacation

Really loved the location and proximity to the beach! Condo was nice and clean and they provided some extras for us just in case. The elevator was out the entire trip and the building was not accessible, which made it hard because my husband has a bad knee and it was very hard to get him up to the condo.

The place was just like the pictures!

Perfect location! Super close the Texas state Aquarium! The place was just like the pictures, very clean. A cozy place to relax while on vacation.

Nice

Nicely decorated and quaint little home. Proximity to the beach was a plus. Building itself is rundown and the pools were very dirty so we did not use them and access to a pool was important to us in picking a place to stay.

Horrible

I took my granddaughter for a weekend, when we arrived there was still water all over the roads due to the recent storm. The property isn't clearly marked so we drove over 15 mins trying to find the property. Once I found it the property there were 2 young people working the front desk and neither of them knew that the unit was in their complex, after several minutes the young lady stated she did believe it was in the complex. Again no elevator service no one bother to mention that fact. There was trashed stacked every where. Once the girls helped me up the 3 flights of stairs the landing was nothing but plywood boards not covering no extra decking. After walking the decking one at a time since I had no idea if it was sturdy the door won't unlock so again we have to walk back down the decking and stairwell. I reach out to the property owner who stated the batteries were probably no good. So fortunately the office was still open and give me a key. when we pulled back the bedding on the top there were dirty close under the pillow!!! I reached out to the property owner to address this and he told me it was just unfortunate timing due to the storm. This place is unsafe not only due property condition but other residents as well!!!

Great place to stay!

Overall happy with everything. The condo was clean and well prepared for our stay. Couldnt get the kuerig to make my coffee but because of location we had options around us. Would stay here again!

Cute and Beachy. Great View

The actual condo unit was nicely decorated, good use of space and they had extras. It had a great view on the balcony. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The bunk beds are not twin. They are significantly shorter and wider. Fro this trip it was fine but had we had 6 people then 2 would have had hard time seeing in them for size. Great for kids or smaller teens. Would have liked a blow dryer, pitcher to make tea and a blender in the kitchen. They had books and games. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work but the humidifier really made a difference. The check in was super easy. Front Office were really friendly. The location of the property itself was super convenient. So the sons are all the property management in of the actual building. The elevator Madea lot of noise and felt unsafe the first day. After that it was out of order the remainder of the weekend. There was a lot of construction going on. We had an issue the first night that did not make us feel safe. A construction crew was playing music by their vehicles and drinking around 6:30. Rules are they only have access till 6 pm. We ignored them and walked on by. The problem was they were there all evening and when we complained about it to the front office the first time they did nothing. At 10:30 pm we came back from dinner. They were still thene and one of them was so drunk he was throwing up. We complained again and they finally left.

Not clean

Rental had old coffee sitting in the microwave, and dirty used washcloth in the sink. The wifi was working and hosts did not respond when we sent a message. The elevator wasn’t working and one of the pools was empty. We do understand however that is out of their control. Overall the condo had cute decor we just wished it was cleaned better.

Great property that accommodated our needs

It is a great little property with plenty of space for our family. It was exactly as pictured. The property was updated and had everything we needed. Host was quick with replies to any questions I had.

Beach View

The condo itself was renovated and beautifully decorated! Villa Del Sol is a great location however they are trying to do some much needed renovations and it looks a little unkempt. Overall it was a good experience.

Cute place!

Place was clean and close to the beach. Loves the gated area. Didn’t like that the elevators were not working but we managed with all of our stuff.

Cute condo

Room it self was cute, decorations fit! This is in the 3rd bldg at Villa del sol condos, this is the best bldg of the 3. Owner of condo John is very nice! This side of corpus north beach has issues, old part with tons of construction and not many restaurants! John the owner is not at fault but the bldg has no elevator and you are lucky if the pool in bldg 3 works.There is the uss lexington and aquarium to visit close by. And the the resturant blackbeards is really good. Sorry I think it’s corpus as a whole, the city is just. Older. And the jellyfish were bad. If you want to relax at a cute clean condo this one is ok.

Quick Get Away

We enjoyed our time way! The property is undergoing renovations that are needed but it didn’t affect us other than the elevator being out! We loved the location on the beach with the walking path, we were able to enjoy 2 attractions without driving! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed!

Okay

The issue that I had was that the pool and hot tub that was supposed to be outside of our balcony was drained and not in use. A lot of construction to the place and elevator not working. Also old food in the refrigerator when we got there. It was a good location though not far from downtown area and right off the water

Beautiful condo

The overall condition of the property grounds was unpleasant. A lot of construction, apparently doing renovations. The pool in our section 3 is under renovation, it was drained and we did not expect that. The beach was fabulous - clean and easy to access. The condo we stayed in was immaculate!
