Our stay at Sea Star was beyond our expectations. We rented chairs & umbrellas for the beach, but there were some chairs there which we did use.There also were some boogieboards in the container downstairs, which we also used.That was a nice surprise!The house was just perfect for our family of 16.The living room was very spacious, with a big couch that everyone lounged on at one time or another...or all at once!!!(surprising how close these cousins got during the week that we were there.I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Our first time in Surfside beach and loved it!

Good experience, affordable price for the house. Very clean and a great layout, close to the beach!

Great stay!

Location was a block from the beach. Check in was super simple and keyless which was great. Games and TV all over the place which made it great for adults and kids.

Great house! Very clean and well taken care of.

We travel to Myrtle Beach every November for a golf trip. This house was perfect for our group.

Great location and property

Love the Surfside Beach area. This house was great. Very clean and bathroom for every bedroom. Only downside is that it didn't include a grill and renting a grill was expensive.

Perfect beach house

This house was great! Very clean and very roomy! We had 8 adults and 7 kids! Pool was nice and short walk to beach ! Beautifully decorated! Living area and kitchen were awesome!

“not to terrible gang”

We had a fantastic week with family of 20! House is beautiful and the location is perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the pool was delightfully refreshing. Thank you so much.

Great house

The overall house was everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need just like your own home. Close walking distance to the beach. It was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this property. Would consider renting again if the we had the need to do so. It was very clean and nice that each bedroom had its own bath.

Very nice

The property was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed the house very much. Little confusion on the exit process maybe i didnt notice it or it was late im not sure. Some small issues but nothing negative to say. Overall experience was great. Would definitely stay again

If it wasn’t for the pole driver

Fab.. and no fault of yours that construction right on the beach( pile driving) ruined a day and 1/2 for our family. Because my daughter has cerebral palsy, we couldn’t just walk farther down the beac. Other than that… one of the best times EVER!! Ps construction started at 7 am and went on till 8😂

Great home, not much help from management co

Loved the location, the home was new and very nice. Management company was very little help and did not respond to my request to speak to manager. Prior linens from previous guest were in bags at entrance for entire stay. Missing linens, no hand towels, wash cloths and dish towel. Minimal toilet paper, no trash bags, paper towels, dish soap. I guess if we knew this, we would have brought more supplies. Pool was green when we got there, pool person came next day but did not clear till the day prior to leaving. Many sinks, showers did not drain well or slow. One toilet needed a lot of attention to start flushing. Simply put, would have been nice for someone to call us back to address these concerns.

Thank you for your review. I did review the one phone call that was placed and it was only about the pool. We were unaware of the other issues. If they had brought to our attention we would have come and repaired them. What amenities are included with the property are listed in the description of the property. We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can. the same would be true in the description of the linen package it does not include hand towels. Anything more than what we list in the description is up to the guest to provide.

Immaculate and spacious

This house turned out to be fantastic! Our family of 20 all had plenty of room. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was the most well-stocked with utensils that we'd experienced anywhere. Everything was tastefully decorated and extremely clean! The beach is just a few steps away. We booked it so that we could enjoy Nights of a Thousand Candles, a spectacular Christmas lights event at Brookgreen Gardens, together as a family.

Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for my family Christmas! There were plenty of bedrooms for 12 guests. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. The only issue we had was the beds were not clean. When we arrived the bed was made but there were no sheets just a mattress protector. The mattress protectors were dirty. When we checked out we had to remove all the sheets and make the bed back up. Obviously they don't clean or sanitize the bed. Overall my family enjoyed our stay!

Good Morning Carlisha, I am so glad that you enjoyed your Christmas at Sea Star. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve the stays of other guests. I apologize that there was a miscommunication regarding the optional linen package. It states on the property page that linens are not included with the rental and that the guests are responsible for putting sheets on the beds and taking the sheets off of the bed if they choose to get linens delivered. The sheets are clean upon delivery and all mattress protectors and mattress pads are cleaned between guests as needed. Again, I apologize that this affected your stay negatively and appreciate your helpful feedback. We are looking forward to the opportunity to host you again if you ever find yourself back in Surfside Bach!
