The property was exactly what we needed; clean with plenty of linens available, and great location with hot tub, private pool, and beach access. Owner was responsive to reported issues and a key concern we brought up was addressed within a day. I would recommend picking up some cheap bathmats (1.25 from the Dollar Tree nearby) to put by the doors to minimize tracking in water and sand. We also laid down some temporary painters tape at the top of some of the stairs; the gray treads blended in so we have a couple people stub toes until we made them more visible.

Family Vaca

Everything was awesome, everyone had a great time. We cooked on the grill most nights. The house size was perfect for all of us, plenty of room! We’ll definitely be back, great house, great location!!

Excellent accommodations and location. Our family stayed for a week over Memorial Day. Plenty of room and the house was clean and accurately described. We were pleased to see the propane grill in the pool area, which was a big hit with the children. Direct access to the beach which is clean, beautiful and super safe thanks to the frequent beach patrols. Hope to rent it again, would recommend!

The property was really great. Nice and new with lots of space. I loved that each room had its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great. The hot tub had some issues when we moved in but they took care of the issue promptly. It turns off after a few hours and you need to manually turn it back on on the panel which we were unaware of when we moved in. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there was a leak in one of the rooms during our stay which caused a few of us to need to sleep on the couch that night. They came out to work on it so hopefully no one else will run into that. They also gave us some compensation for the inconvenience. Overall a good experience. It's right next to the walkway onto the beach so it's in a great spot.

Bach house was very clean and roomy. Porches were inviting. The pool area was great for the kids. Very short walk to the beach. Gates for pets were well placed, but our two puppies were able to squeeze under them. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, too.This house seemed to be the favorite of our family!
