This is right home for the renter who wants ocean views, an exciting location, quick access to the beaches and promenade, and walking distance to downtown dining and entertainment options. First floor has washer/dryer, full bath and 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds. Second floor has the open living room/kitchen and half bathroom. There is a porch off of the living room with an ocean view and a porch off of the kitchen in the back of the house. Third floor has full bath and 2 bedrooms- with porch off the back bedroom. One bedroom has a King bed, the other a Pyramid(single over full) and a trundle. There will be table and chairs on the front porch. 6 beach tags and 6 beach chairs are offered complimentary but not guaranteed.
OFFSEASON (unless weekly rate provided): $500/night for 2 night minimum, $450/night for 3 or more nights
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
