A high-end kitchen, designer furnishings, 4 BR's, 2 baths, and heated tile floors, as well as multiple intimate outdoor gathering areas - featuring a new hot tub, gas fire pit, hammock chair, porch swing, and a gas grill. Close to everything COS has to offer if you want, but you might not ever want to leave. Welcome to Three Oaks.

Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy.

We provide a high chair, baby gate, and portable crib for your convenience. In addition to the two kings and two queen beds, we also have a queen blow up air mattress.

We have a security camera facing both the front and back doors to monitor traffic. Both are outside and will be on during your stay.

If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $180.

We do require an additional $50 per person per night, for any guest over our standard 8 count.

We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.
Please read the following rules for your furry friend:
-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture.
-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay.

Pet Fees:
-- One night stay is $75
-- 2-7 night stay is $150
-- 8+ nights is $250
-- If bringing two pets, we do require an additional $50 to the pet fee.

Enjoyed our stay!

Really appreciate the thoughtful touches provided by the hosts; such as stocked laundry, bathrooms, kitchen and cleaning basics, many hooks for towels, and coats. Excellent location with access to a running trail, downtown and Colorado Cillege. We will be back!

Sister Weekend

This house is so beautiful and has awesome accommodations!! It was perfect for myself and my three sisters!! We were close to hiking, coffee shops and restaurants! We loved it!! The owners thought of everything you’d want in a home away from home!!

Everything has that little extra!

As a VRBO landlord I was impressed with this rental. Every detail was thought through and there were many unique extras you don't normally find. Extra toiletries, plenty of coffee for the entire stay, plenty of towels, and easy access to the Hot Tub. The house is well taken care of and complete. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, Convenient and Welcoming

From the first moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The lights were on for our late arrival. Drinks and snacks provided as well. Incredibly comfortable and clean home. Everything you could need or want for an extended stay. Not a single complaint other than we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit! We will be staying here again as it was conveniently located to Downtown, Old Town, shops and restaurants. Safe and lovely area. We had coffee/breakfast multiple times just down the road, walking distance. Highly recommend!

The touches that mean everything!

We travel a lot! I mean a lot! As an over thinker and someone who truly appreciates an eye for detail I always find while stays are great there are always little things here and there I think about what I would have done differently to make some thing a just a bit easier or more memorable. Not this time. I was blown away. Everything I have ever thought a property was lacking in the past, this one had it. These touches not only make things easier but are so incredibly thoughtful and we just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the property. What touches you ask? Here is a long list of what they did that was above and beyond what’s typical! 1. A portable fan in every room 2. Extra blankets in every room 3. Hooks in the shower and on the back of every bathroom door 4. Plenty of hangars 5. Extra toothbrushes, travel toothpaste and razors 6. Hampers in every room 7. Welcome snacks, bottle of wine and waters in fridge 8. Organization rack on the back patio for propane lighters, towels, post use sanitizer for the hot tub 9. Hooks on a post beside the hot tub for towels 10. They even have a corner lamp that has a floor button so they secured it under the side table so you can reach it. The house was exceptionally clean. At first the early check out and late check in time was off putting but I see why. EVERYTHING is professionally cleaned. Pressed sheets, all of the throw blankets all freshly laundered. It was impeccable.

Unforgettable Stay: A Perfect VRBO Experience

Absolutely Fantastic Stay for Our Family Reunion! We recently stayed at this VRBO for a family reunion, with relatives coming together from three different states, and it was perfect! The home comfortably accommodated all of us with its two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, providing ample space and for everyone. Being a family of 4 staying in the 2 bedrooms upstairs was ok to walk through one bedroom to get to the bathroom at night. The property was immaculate upon arrival – incredibly clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit, which provided wonderful opportunities for relaxation and family bonding under the stars. The layout of the house was ideal for our group. The cozy design made it easy for us to have conversations and spend quality time together, whether we were in the kitchen, living room, or dining room. Additionally, the location was fantastic. It offered both convenience and tranquility, allowing us to explore the area while also enjoying peaceful moments at the house. Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it for any family gatherings or group vacations. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family to create lasting memories!

Ladies weekend

Enjoyable stay for ladies weekend. Our group of friends were very pleased with the home. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and big kitchen table. Close driving location to Garden of the Gods and the down town shopping areas.

Cute and Quirky Stay Close to CC and DT

This is a well appointed, updated home and we enjoyed our short stay but were surprised by the late check-in (5pm) and early check-out (10 am). We were also surprised that the main-floor bathroom is only accessible via a bedroom and that you need to walk through the queen BR on the second floor to access the 4th (2nd King) BR. The house is located on a street with a bus line and can be noisy, but the back-yard is well appointed and relatively private/quiet. The owners were very communicative and the house was well stocked.

Great place to see Colorado Springs

Property was lovely. Great backyard with deck, fire pit and hottub. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Very clean, modern and extremely well stocked. Great location too!!!

Visiting Our Kid in College

We love this house. It’s our second time renting. The hosts are responsive and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds comfortable and dining room fabulous for family meals. The hot tub was clean and hot. And the back patio a great place to hang out. We plan to stay again.

Delightful stay

Very comfortable house with a great front porch and relaxing backyard with firepit and hot tub! Everything was so cozy and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfectly located for easy drives to Pikes Peak, the Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek and more!!

Family Vacation Home Base

Great home for my family of five vacation to Colorado Springs. Each of my three teenage daughters had their own bed which they loved. The house was immaculate and looked newly renovated, the beds were very comfortable (probably the best we've ever had) and we used the backyard fire pit and backyard hot tub every night. The owner was super responsive for any questions we had. The location was great and was quiet. Only a mile from downtown where there were great restaurants / coffee and ice cream shops, etc. and very close to the new US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Garden of the Gods and within 30-60 minutes to zip lines and river rafting. Highly recommend and will stay again whenever in Colorado Springs.

Colorado Springs Vacation

This property was wonderful. The location was great and the house was beautiful and spacious for the 6 of us that stayed there. We were able to get to many activities and restaurants easily in Colorado Springs. The hosts were very easy to contact and wanted to make sure that our stay was great. Surprise vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including toothpaste which we forgot to bring. It was very clean and really close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Just what we needed

The property is not only historic and lovely, but situated near local attractions. It is equipped with everything we needed, including small breakfast items, coffee and hot tea. The hot tub was enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend for families and couples.

Fabulous property

We had an amazing stay at this property in Colorado Springs. It was very clean and centrally located. They thought of everything, ie luggage racks, hooks everywhere for towels, coats, etc, towels specifically for hot tub, anything one could need in the kitchen, toiletry items, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, if you forgot yours, etc. The owners were super responsive and available to answer questions, as needed. No complaints at all and would certainly stay here again. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Comfortable and stylish home away from home

Tasteful design and thoughtful touches made a our family trip more special. It felt like a real home for our nearly one week stay. Super clean, comfortable and cute. The interior was well planned. The outdoor space was perfect, even in the cooler early Spring weather. Plenty of room for folks to have their own space and yet still felt cozy. Great location for Colorado College and the restaurants that we wanted to try were usually about 10 mins away or less. Easy check in / out and responsive communication with the hosts. If we find ourselves in Colorado Springs again, we would definitely come back here.
