The photos speak for themselves. Experience Colorado Springs with your partner or group in this tastefully updated century home. A high-end kitchen, designer furnishings, 4 BR's, 2 baths, and heated tile floors, as well as multiple intimate outdoor gathering areas - featuring a new hot tub, gas fire pit, hammock chair, porch swing, and a gas grill. Close to everything COS has to offer if you want, but you might not ever want to leave. Welcome to Three Oaks by Forest and Peak Retreats.

Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy.

We provide a high chair, baby gate, and portable crib for your convenience. In addition to the two kings and two queen beds, we also have a queen blow up air mattress.

We have a security camera facing both the front and back doors to monitor traffic. Both are outside and will be on during your stay.

If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking.

We do require an additional $50 per person per night, for any guest over our standard 8 count.

We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.
Please read the following rules for your furry friend:
-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture.
-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay.

Pet Fees:
-- One night stay is $75
-- 2-7 night stay is $150
-- 8+ nights is $250
-- If bringing two pets, we do require an additional $50 to the pet fee.

The 6 of us really enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect in that it was close to downtown but far enough away that it was quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the mornings and also spent time in the back yard just hanging out. Communication with the host was quick and super easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great neighborhood, close to center of Colorado Springs. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Breakfast on the back porch was a favorite. We were here for a family wedding and enjoyed cooking for a few family dinners. The house was very clean and well appointed. Good communication from host. Easy check-in process.

Jonathan and Kelly were so friendly and helpful; they accommodated our last-minute early check in request, which was a huge relief after the stress of traveling. The home is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully stocked and decorated, and the fire pit/hot tub was a huge plus. We loved our stay.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed. The backyard was very comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic. The lights in the master bedroom and dining room were very dim which was a bit of a bother but other than that, 5 stars all around.

One of the best properties that we have ever stayed at! This house was so well preserved and has so much character and charm. It was literally a cozy home away from home. Extremely clean. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and then some!! The location is perfect and close to so much: Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Downtown Colorado Springs, and more. We will be booking here again!!

The layout of the house was great! Nice size kitchen and the backyard was an amazing treat! And everything was very clean and comfortable. All the nice extras (toiletries, shampoo and body wash) were great products and made it even more comfortable.

Great home base for our family in Downtown/Old North End. Quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything we needed and great walking trail (Shooks Run) nearby. We took full advantage of the back area seating, fire pit, hot tub, etc. Great spot that is nicely updated but retains its late 1800s feel.

Enjoyed our stay!

Really appreciate the thoughtful touches provided by the hosts; such as stocked laundry, bathrooms, kitchen and cleaning basics, many hooks for towels, and coats. Excellent location with access to a running trail, downtown and Colorado Cillege. We will be back!

Delightful stay

Very comfortable house with a great front porch and relaxing backyard with firepit and hot tub! Everything was so cozy and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfectly located for easy drives to Pikes Peak, the Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek and more!!

Surprise vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including toothpaste which we forgot to bring. It was very clean and really close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Ladies weekend

Enjoyable stay for ladies weekend. Our group of friends were very pleased with the home. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and big kitchen table. Close driving location to Garden of the Gods and the down town shopping areas.
