Pack some towels and head to the beach - directly across the street from this unit. Public beach access is within walking distance allowing you to enjoy the waters and sand with ease. And with your on-site boat launch and boat dock, guests can venture out on their personal watercrafts. If you're sticking closer to home, there's a shared pool, perfect for cooling off after a day on the water. Or, try your hand at a quick tennis match. With shops, restaurants, and convenience and grocery stores within a mile of your home, you can easily grab a bite to eat or last-minute items during your stay.

When you're not out on an excursion, come back to your lovely home for relaxation and retreat. A private balcony is perfect for grabbing some reading material or a beverage and taking in some fresh air. Head inside through the sliding glass doors to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen gleaming with sparkling counters and all the appliances you need to prepare a hearty meal. Enjoy these meals at the breakfast bar, or in the elegant dining room for greater gatherings. At the end of the day, retire to the cozy sofa and watch a movie or two on the TV then retreat to one of the lovely rooms for a good night's rest - another adventure awaits tomorrow.

THINGS TO KNOW
All boats must be registered prior to arrival at Cotton Bayou. Registration is paid by guests.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Dock details: If you plan to bring a boat, docks are on a first come, first serve basis with proof of liability insurance. Our property manager must be given a copy of the registration and insurance. To register your boat please visit the onsite office in building 5, unit A. The complex charges $100/seven-day period & liability insurance is required to be verified and only one boat is allowed. Please make sure your boat is registered and the Vacasa property manager has a copy of the registration and proof of insurance, or the complex will issue a fine to the guest. Guests are free to bring a 25-foot boat (maximum length).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
