Cotton Bayou 1H is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with beautiful views of the bayou. Boaters will love the convenience of an on-site boat dock and launch!
Marina Rental Fee: $250 week / $50 day.

• The balcony is accessible from the living room.
• Wood flooring is featured throughout the unit, with tile in the bathrooms.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats six, with four additional barstools for extra seating.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The living area features a sectional sofa with ample seating.
• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
• Loft area features two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunks.)
• A designated BBQ grill area is located on the concrete slab near the pool. Grills may not be used elsewhere on the property due to fire safety regulations.

This room worked out perfect for us! The only negative was this unit overlooks other condos. We did have small ants in master bathroom & the dryer vent was broken and unattached. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Fishing was on point!

Lower Alabama is a great vacation spot
The condo was close to the beach as well as miles of trails in the bayou to explore. The beds were super comfortable and the owner was very quick to respond. We will definitely stay again when we are in Alabama!

Everything was clean and nice. Many things to do close by. The beach was in walking distance. Very nice area. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a very clean condo, in fact everything around the facility was very clean. I would definitely suggest that you stay there.

First time visiting Orange Beach
Had a wonderful time in Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores. Nice condo to stay at with kids. We called on the second day for maintenance on the dryer. The maintenance guy was there within 30 minutes. The condo was very nice with great amenities. Loved every day of our stay!

Great Experience
I have always enjoyed my beach trips but this one was by far the easiest and direct. When I had questions itrip would respond quickly and answered any question I had. Would recommend.

Loved everything. Wished the dryer dried better. It would take 2-3 cycles to dry clothes.

Everything was great except the beds
Everything was great except the mattresses weren’t that comfortable, the sheets didn’t have deep enough pockets, and the beds themselves made lots of noise.

Distress stairway
Condo was wonderful. However was unaware of three stories of stairs to condo . We are elderly and this factor was a big problem for us .

The floor wasnt sweap to well. The refrigerator rubbed the wall on one side. Guest room bed frame was ridged up made alot of noise felt like it may fall apart. The wallk to the beach wasnt quite a six minute walk. I got a call about that the condo was listed to be sold and had a date schedule for a showing durning our stay. This information was not included in any e-mail sent during the booking.
