It was absolutely just what we needed and were looking for. The beach was easily accessible with just a short walk. Shopping was not far away either.

This place is a good location after that ot begins it's descent. I have stayed all over the world. This is by far the first I had to go buy daily things. We stayed a week. We had 5 adults and 3 children. Had to go buy papertowels, toiletpaper, dish soap, laundry supplies, and lots of other little things. If ypu know there are 5 adults and 3 children coming to stay leave a little extra in the bathrooms. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is a joke. Only having one trash bag is a joke. We then learned there there was no beach towels or any other beach pool items to use. We told them we are here for a week. For the price we paid and supplies we bought we could have stayed closer to beach and had items supplied.

Thank you for staying at CB2F - Cotton Bayou 2F. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that is unacceptable. We’re taking these actions immediately: - Audit and increase starter supplies to match max occupancy (extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry supplies, and additional trash bags). Bathrooms will have multiple rolls and kitchens will be restocked for larger groups. - Add a set of beach towels and basic beach/pool items to the unit so guests don’t need to purchase essentials for a week‑long stay. - Update the listing to clearly state what is provided and what guests should bring. - Retrain housekeeping and add a post‑turnover checklist and pre‑arrival photographic quality check to ensure supplies and essentials are confirmed each stay. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos you can share so we can review your stay and prioritize these fixes. Your feedback helps us improve.

Horrible

We had no TV the day we checked in. We emailed the company and they basically had us troubleshooting everything. Once it still couldn’t get fixed they waited 2 days to send 2 teenagers to tell us they couldn’t either. The property gave a new login which also didn’t work. Not to mention we lost AC for a day. Do yourself a favor and DON’T stay here. Nothing but a headache.
