The views are simply spectacular from this classic two bedroom two bathroom top floor condo. Shell Island Beach Club's location offers you the best of both worlds. Only steps to the sugar-sand beach, you can swim in the Gulf, visit the Lighthouse then walk to the fishing pier to watch the sunset over San Carlos Bay.

Feel the tropical breeze roll in from your screened lanai while enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
A fully equipped kitchen and dining room allow guests to dine in the condo with comfort. Retire to your master suite with a king sized bed after a long soak in the large garden tub. Your guest or family will have plenty of room in the spacious guest room with two twin beds. This condo comfortably sleeps six people with a queen sized sofa bed. Vaulted ceilings and beachy furniture add to the relaxing, spacious atmosphere.

Spend your days at the pool, walking along the shell lined beaches, riding bicycles on miles of beautiful bike paths, playing tennis or just relaxing. Shell Island Beach Club provides everything you need for a perfect vacation.

We are located on the historic east end near the lighthouse, restaurants and shopping. Tennis courts. Wifi and cable tv are available at no charge. A beautiful pool and large hot tub are literally steps from the condo.

Restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream shops are located within a close walking/biking distance.

Lovely Unit

This unit was very clean. It was nicely appointed for cooking, cleaning up and laundry. The View is incredible. lanai was very nice. There was rebuilding of the pool area happening, but during our stay we had zero construction noise from the complex. It will be beautiful once completed. The Owner was very responsive and maintenance person was uber professional. Beds were comfortable and rocking chairs on the lanai. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Return to Shell Island Beach Club.

Our third time back to S.I.B.C. reminded us how much we liked staying on the east end of the island. The condo we stayed in was very nice. We will return again soon.

Million Dollar View

Such a great location and million dollar, unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony. Steps away from the beach. Very thoughtful in providing amenities for the beach such as umbrella, chairs and even toys for the kids - the only other thing I would recommend would be a beach wagon of some sort for easier transport. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances including a toaster, Keurig and microwave. We ate out all the time so we didn't use any of it except the Keurig, but it's there for those who need it - we like to support small business owners, and the dining experiences were great! Everything you want or need is a short walk, ride or drive. We used the bicycles provided by the condo to ride to the lighthouse and pier. The bike/walk trail is right out front of the condos and runs along side the entire main road, so it's very safe! Some of the other reviews mention the stairs and, yes, there are stairs up to the 3rd floor condo and no elevator. This wasn't a big deal for us, and the view from the top is worth the climb! Heads-up, the parking situation can be awkward. There are 4 spaces under the building, but for this unit it's almost like parallel parking because you have to back in around and in-between another car and a concrete pillar - I actually had to knock on the unit downstairs and have them pull their car forward so we could get into the assigned parking space. The WiFi connection wasn't great, but thankfully we spent most of our time outdoors because the weather was beautiful. Cute beach decor, but the master bed was VERY hard, like sleeping on a boxspring, and the front half of the sofa cushions are completely worn down. The condo was overall clean, but could definitely use some TLC and improvement in cleaning. Side note, I grew up in FL and have never been to a beach where the boats literally anchor right in front of the beach in chest hight water, or at all for that matter. I guess this is normal for Sanibel because the ocean looked like a boat parking lot as far as the eyes could see. If you plan on swimming, surfing, boogie boarding or any other water sports you can't do it here. All-in-all, we were satisfied with our stay and loved Sanibel Beach!

Amazing Location and View

We had an amazing 4 day stay at the condo and loved it. The location is perfect. You are right next to the pool and beach access and we loved using them both. The pool area is well kept and like being at a resort and the beach was not busy at all. The view of the turquoise water from the balcony is amazing and where we spent most of our time when we were in the condo. Lots of restaurants close by and the kids loved biking to get some delicious ice cream. Only minor issues we had were the ice maker does not work, the master bed is very firm, and the outdoor furniture cushions are run down and ready to be replaced. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to come back to Sanibel!

Very nice condo, plenty of space for our 2 kids. View of the ocean was beautiful from the condo. Nice property! Kids loved the pool & hot tub. Close to the beach.

Great Beach House

Overall the property was great. A bonus is all the beach equipment that is available to use, chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, toys etc. This is a huge plus for guests that are flying in. Location is great, right near pool and walkway to beach. One thing to note is if you have a large vehicle parking can be a challange. We had a Tahoe. We were able to park under the roof but it was challenaging with all the poles. You could park by the tennis courts if you dont fit under the roof. Also, the master bedroom bed is extremely hard and I found it very uncomfortable.

Great time

Always enjoy Sanibel. Property has great location and pool area. Wish that owner had identified that building did not have elevator. Lugging the luggage and groceries up 3 flights of steps was tough as we are "seniors".

Beautiful location, great views of the ocean out the deck.

We loved the location the views and amenities. This is not to sound negative...but jut a few things for you guys tend to. Toilet in master bath has a tank to bowl leak. So it runs intermittently, and a quick removal of old caulk and a quick recaulk would spruce the showers up greatly. But as I said this is a positive review and just giving you the heads up. Thank you.

Christmas Vacation

Exceeded expectations from start to finish! Condo is exactly as represented on the site. Clean, with everything you need. Sunrise with a cup of coffee on the deck gets your day off to a beautiful start. Beach equipment, especially towels, chairs, and cooler, were much appreciated, along with the bikes on the premises which allowed us to avoid the traffic on Periwinkle Way! So thankful to have found and stayed in this little piece of heaven.. We will be back!

Great choice in Sanibel

We had a fantastic experience staying in this condo. Great location and convenient for bike rides to local restaurants. The pool and beach provided hours of fun and relaxation for our family, and the view is absolutely spectacular as others have noted. No hesitation in returning back to this great property!

Paradise!

Absolutely beautiful condo with beautiful decor. I loved the beach theme, the view is unparalleled. The lanai was a hotspot for evening cocktails and morning coffee. The only downside was the parking. Difficult to navigate the spot as you had to pull under the condo and through very narrow beams. Other than that our stay was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and clean. Was not crazy about 3 flights of stairs and the king mattress was way too hard and me and my wife did not get a good night sleep 2 days in a row

Weekend Getaway

The unit was very nicely appointed, location was perfect and we would definitely return. An item of note and reason for only 4 stars on cleanliness: This is NOT a reflection on the owners but housekeeping needs to be made aware that severe mold in the showers was unpleasant and needs to be addressed. Not sure how they could miss it. I purchased a mold/mildew spray to clean it up.

Our stay at Sanibel

Did not know that our condo was on second floor. Alot of steps to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs for senior citizens. Condo was cute ,but had alot of wear to it.

Sanibel Beach Condo

We had a great time in the condo on Sanibel Island. It is big enough to spread out so we were not cramped for space. The view was fantastic! It’s located by the lighthouse and was close enough to ride the bikes provided to see it and the pier. It was nice having our own washer and dryer. The pool was nice to swim in after being in the beach all day. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing trip!

This condo is beautiful. The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and easy. The condo has everything you need. We cooked many meals and had everything we needed. The views are spectacular. Tons of stuff to use at the beach are also provided. The resort was great, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The only complaint was the stairs. Climbing the stairs with luggage and groceries was a bit of a task. An elevator would be nice, but the views were well worth the numerous daily climbs. It was a great trip, and we highly recommend staying at this condo and resort!

This is our favorite place on the island. We love the sparkling clean outdoor heated pool and hot tub. There are an abundance of lounge chairs around the pool for everyone to enjoy. Waking up to watch the sunrise from our lanai is a fabulous way to start the day! This resort has a tennis/pickleball court with all equipment needed to play. Just a very short walk to the beach, you will enjoy miles of beautiful white sandy beach, filled with different types of fascinating seashells.

Brand new outdoor patio furniture in our condo has created an extra living space, perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
